You know when something in your plumbing goes wonky and you get that sinking feeling in the pit of your stomach because you KNOW this is going to suck both your time and your wallet dry?

This is not that kind of company. We initially hired Make It Drain because we had some water getting backed up in the sink, which turned into replacing all of our horizontal pipes under the house. Work was phenomenal, price was more than fair, and Ean and his team were friendly, courteous, and efficient. Note, he showed us the pipes and they were beyond corroded, all work was transparent.

More recently, we had a bathroom leak that turned into a total gut, again Ean and co jumped to work and not only did excellent work again, but also worked around our remodel schedule, regularly followed up to see where we were on the job, and didn't send us the invoice until work was completed, which is above and beyond.

Ean has been nothing but professional and the quality of work has been above reproach. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone that needs ANY kind of plumbing.

Had a problem with our water heater and suspected the pilot went out but was not completely sure that was the issue. Make It Drain came (even showed up earlier than expected) and re-lit the pilot. Gave several scenarios if pilot didn't stay on and expected cost of replacing parts. Didn't upsell or manufacture reasons to replace water heater. They came highly recommended from neighbors and I can see why. Solid reputation with ethics and workmanship to match.

Is it even possible to have a great plumbing experience? It is when you just know your getting some good, honest service. From phone call to repair, the problem was fixed in a an hour and half. Our kitchen sink was backed up and gross water was coming out of an overflow into our built in patio. I contacted Make It Drain at 8PM and they were out before 8AM the next morning and had fixed the issue in less than a half hour at the quoted price.
