I called Major Plumbing on Monday morning at 8:00 and they were able to have someone out between 2-4 p.m. that day. We had our kitchen sink backed up, the faucet was leaking and also a slow drain in our master bathroom sink. The plumber, Henry was able to come an hour earlier than expected. He snaked our kitchen sink and fixed the problem. Our faucet needs to be replaced and that will be done in a few days days. They will also be snaking the bathroom sink at that time. Henry was professional and courteous. I would definitely use Major Plumbing again.

Their estimate was extremely high for the work I wanted done. I had them do a small job first. Including their call fee to come out for the larger estimate, I had them remove two bathroom faucets. The cost was $250, just to remove two faucets. The estimate for the remaining work was over $5000. Most of the work was not that hard. I ended up doing some of it myself. I hired a different plumber to install the whole house shutoff valve and to fix the copper pipe leak above the water heater. That copper pipe leak was in the garage ceiling between the water heater and house furnace. There is no AC on that furnace, but Major Plumbing insisted the leak was from the condensation pump instead of the water heater. I will never call them again.

Major Plumbing did a great job fitting us in to their schedule to clear out a drain. We've also had them fix a leak at an exterior irrigation pipe and replace 2 faucet fixtures. Always prompt, courteous and efficient.
