Jason is great. I've used him twice now - once for a gas smell in the garage which requires a new water heater. The first place I called told me to shut the water heater down and that they could be out in 2 weeks to look at it. Jason was my second call and he showed up the same day, 4 days later I had a new water heater.

Recently I needed a tub replaced, again Jason showed up the next day to give me a quote, we chose a date to do the replacement and they showed up on the day, on time, and got it done quickly.

Efficient, very nice, great at what they do. Could not recommend them more highly.

Jason is an exceptional person and just as great of a plumber. He will be our go-to for anything we can utilize his services for. Our water heater gave up on us and the next night our heater failed. Ultimately we had to replace the gas line and Jason not only took care it us but also recommended us to someone that could do the dirt work correctly and expediently. He took care of us in short order considering it was over the thanksgiving weekend and we couldn't be more thankful to get hot water and central heat at home. Thank you Jason!

We had a clogged line out to the septic tank, and we needed help right away as we were leaving that day. We called someone we had used before and left a message. We called a friend's plumber who couldn't make it out. That firm recommended Major Plumbing. We called, he said he could be there in a couple of hours. Our original plumber called back saying he didn't work on septic tanks, but he could recommend another for us: Major Plumbing!!
Jason was out within a couple of hours. He is very personable and professional. Our problem was solved quickly.

Jason at Major Plumbing came to our house to replace the gas line. The job was quite simple. We did all of the digging and all he had to do was run the new line, about 50 feet total. The plumbing work he did was good, but he had to remove some of the drywall, and he used a hammer, rather than a drywall knife. This made the drywall repair very difficult (he doesn't repair any drywall that is damaged). I ended up having to buy drywall to fix the wall. He showed up at the job on-time, but was not prepared with the supplies/tools needed and had to leave. The amount of time that he spent actually working on the job was about 3 1/2 hours. Taking out the cost of the supplies, he charged us about $750/hour!
