Since I can't respond to your statement....
You are right, the plumber GLANCED at the toilet before going straight over to the other pipe. Had he ACTUALLY looked at it, and unclogged it and taken it OFF like MY Plumber did, you would have come to the conclusion that MY Plumber came to and my claim would have been covered. We ended up having to sell my house and move out of state because of this. Your plumber was totally negligent. It was Valentine's Day and he was more concerned about missing his date.

We noticed water on bathroom floor and had a different plumber come out to inspect, they tore down part of our wall and shut off water to entire complex but were unable to find where the leak was coming from.

Spoke to a friend and they recommended to talk to Larry, not only did he come out same day to assess but found leak and quickly fixed it!!! We were were thankful we didnt have to go another day without water and our neighbors appreciated it as well!!!

I recently had a leak under my kitchen sink. Major leak came out, rectified the issue not only quickly and efficiently but super affordable. Recently purchased my home and had, what I thought, was a thorough plumbing inspection. Less than three months in we had a leak in our guest bathroom. I was referred to Major Leak and they discovered an issue with the tub install from the previous owners. They remedied the problem efficiently and affordably, without compromising the quality of the work. I inquired about a water softener and was pleasantly surprised the time he took to explain the installation process and pricing. I had a day scheduled for his return to install the softener before he left. It's been a few weeks since Major Leak has been here, no problems and we couldn't be happier!

Larry is the best plumber we know hands down. He's even fixed plumbing mistakes made by another plumber. He is very knowledgeable and honest. He has never tried to upsell anything that is not necessary. His pricing is also very reasonable.
