We needed a new water heater and Michael did a great job. There was an unexpected complication that affected our furnace/thermostat after the installation. We received a quote for a grease trap replacement which was Very straight forward. Michael found extremely poor pipe (cracked) condition and needed to redo piping to our school kitchen. He did an awesome job getting everything moved and fixed in a short period of time in order to not interfere with school, as well as school breakfast and lunch service. He left everything from concrete sidewalks to school kitchen floor in better condition than before repair work. He prides himself on quality workmanship. Thank you! Last month my husband and I had an issue with our second floor bathroom sinks not draining. We did all that we could to try and fix it but nothing was working. So we called Major League (friend recommendation) to see if they could help. When the plumber , Michael, arrived he was very professional and right away started asking us questions about the issue. After that he looked at our sink and not even 20 minutes later he found the issue. Had to swap out a few parts which were very inexpensive and our sinks were fixed that same day! Highly recommend. Worst company ever! I had a water heater issue and contacted them to come do an inspection. My tenant got pull from work so we have rescheduled for two times. Then when I contacted them again, they said they wants to charge additional $100 for a site visit, total of $150 per visit. This is the first time that I've heard about charging extra before even coming to do the work! Will not trust to work with company again!
