Holy cow! What a great job they did!

I am a tough customer. I have 40 years of experience in various trades and demand perfection. The very skilled plumber, Mike, delivered. I am thrilled with outcome. Great value as well. In addition, the entire group, from owner to supervisor to on-site plumber, is genuinely nice and authentic. Very impressive.

Recently just had a backed up sink that was causing our dishwasher to leak (this has happened to us a few times before.). And when this ""Backup issue"" happened again. It was a cause of concern for us. I was also a young woman home alone while a random person works on my sink. Which, of course, did cause some anxiety for me. In the past, (from other companies,) we have had a few questionable plumbers from other companies in our area come to fix it. These plumbers kind of made me feel little uncomfortable, and the sink problem just kept coming back! However, this time was completely different! The plumber, (Tucker) was amazing and super respectful of me and my home!!! I had absolutely no qualms with him being in my house! Tucker looked at EVERYTHING!! And, After he was done, He explained to me (in a way I would understand lol!) what exactly was going on. And he even gave me a ton of tips to make sure that it didn't happen again! And if the problem arises again. I will 1000% call this company, and I will ask for Tucker personally! Trust me, use this company, I Would 100% recommend it!!!!!

I called the company when the toilet clogged up and over flowed causing a huge mess for me.
They came out the same day, didn't charge a ridiculous amount, snaked it, plunged it, cleaned after himself and was done. Honest and good work by Mike. Thank you!

We had an appointment to rough in on existing 1/2 inch line which the owner George knew as he has been here and seen the rough in his guy Joe comes on the job and looks at it and says it has to be changed to 3/4 inch for a hot water heater and can't be done for 150 dollars he calls the owner no answer this is about 8:40 so we tell him to forget it. I text owner and his response was this job has been nothing but problems and to get someone else we've paid him over
$ 9,000 dollars even his employee stated he knew what was here and should have explained this the owners attitude is terrible I told him I was going to post on this and back charge him as he's not finished on his proposal don't hire this guy !!

Our sump pump went up right when we were about to leave the country on vacation. I called Major League and they were able to send a technician same day. He went right under the house and within 20 minutes came out and the pump had been replaced. He was so polite and respectful and the price was fair. I have never had a plumbing company so professional and friendly at the same time. I will always use them for our future plumbing needs.

Very pleased with major league plumbing from setting the appointment, to assessment and replacement of our water heater. Will was thorough and very pleasant to deal with. He replaced our 22 year old water heater in a matter of hours, including draining and removing the old one and obtaining and hooking up the new one.

He was great at explaining his plan and execution. I will definitely use this company for any future plumbing needs.
