5 stars in every way. Friendly customer service when I first called. Was able to get me in and work with my schedule quickly! Very knowledgeable and professional service crew Cody and Zack came out). They fixed everything I needed ( leaky sink faucet, toilet, clogged drain, and loose handles. Had to order a replacement faucet spout on one of the tubs, but it's on the way!! Really glad to find Major League and have subscribed to their maintenance plan to save money and take care of regular maintenance items to avoid bigger issues in the future. Highly recommend.

I called them to get one toilet rebuilt because it had been whining off and on all night. It was an older Mansfield, otherwise is was in decent shape and functional. While Joseph the plumber was here I had him look at a tub spout that had been acting up, the other toilet that was just as old as the one that was malfunctioning and our 2005 water heater that I was pretty sure had a water logged thermal expansion tank. (I have a limited plumbing background). He went over everything with me and priced each item out individually so that I could make an educated decision on each item. I went ahead with all of it and he got it done same day! Someone from their office even expedited the water heater and permit to our home! We were so impressed we signed up with their yearly maintenance program so we have no worries moving forward. We are new to the area and have had a hard time finding in home service providers we feel do quality work and that we can trust. We found it with Joseph and the team at Major League. They hit a major league home run with us and that says a lot. We had our own heating and AC company for many years and we are pretty needy! The only minor thing I had an issue with is that I like the freedom to pay the invoice with cash check or credit card and they charge an extra % for using a credit card on work over $2500 I believe. But a lot of companies are choosing to go that route instead of counting it as an overhead expense and factoring it into their costs and charging accordingly across the board. I'll definitely refer them to my friends and family in the area.

I am a regular customer of Major League Plumbing. My water bill was double its usual amount. I needed to determine where the leak was. Codie performed the service call. He checked all my plumbing. He also checked my water meter to determine if there were any leaks from pipes coming in to the house. While he did his assessment, he explained why. He determined that it was a toilet and changed the part. Codie gave me the invoice and suggested that I call the water district to determine if I can get a credit on part of the bill. Huge thank you to Major League Plumbing. They just competed my whole house plumbing job that I was forced to do by my insurance company. After a few estimates knowing that the job could be a disaster for us with drywall replacement, debris/dust from cutting walls for access. Other estimates and discussions were they would just start cutting walls. I can honestly say Dan and Austin?, my crew did a far above expectations of the job. They worked to make the amount of drywall cuts at an absolute minimum. I couldn't be more grateful. They were so professional, showed up everyday on time, called before arrival and steady worked throughout the day. They could not have been more polite. Employees like this make Major League special.

We did not have an emergency, but had a leak in our stop valve and wanted to also change out the toilet. We called Major League Plumbing for an estimate, having seen their 5 star rating online. My goodness! What a GREAT thing! Their price was VERY reasonable, quoted from their plumber who came within just a day or two of our call, looked at our job, discussed our options and discussed the price at NO CHARGE. The office then emailed the estimate, we chose the option we wanted, clicked an """"agree"""" button and in a very short time, the phone rang and a date and time for the job to be done was determined by a very friendly person. I would highly recommend this company. I feel lucky that I found them on Yelp! They were so good, that after they installed a toilet for us ( in which they did everything from purchase the toilet, to a highly professional and neat install), we called them back to do our new sink install as well, which included a garbage disposal and faucet. The plumbers were professional, in clean professional uniforms, and very personable and polite. You will not be disappointed with their high workmanship. They also came immediately, and set up the work to be done very quickly. I will definitely use them anytime I have a plumbing need, and I will highly recommend them to anyone who I know needs a plumber. Yes, they were that good!
