Very responsive and right on time. Cleared two drains in 40 minutes without leaving a mess. The tech was very friendly and explained their pricing very clearly prior to beginning the job ($90 for the first hour/drain, $25 for the second and a $10 fuel charge). With tax, the total was in the neighborhood of $130. This is less than half of what I paid another local, large company a couple of years ago for a similar job. Would definitely recommend.

Call Major Drain if you are looking for service that is friendly, punctual, reasonably priced and knowledgeable. They have helped our poor old house out with some plumbing issues, always at less than we expected, and were honest with us when the issue (freezing pipes) wasn't something we needed a plumber for, but rather a carpenter to fix insulation issues.

I had a clogged bathroom sink; Major Drain came and had the drain running in 15 minutes. The ad on the home page of Major Drain states $90 / hour; the fine print in that box states, for the first hour followed by prorated billing in 15 minutes. When the technician presented the bill it was for $107., there was an added fuel charge of $10. That information can't be found unless you click on ""Pricing"", and if you scroll down to the bottom of that page you see the additional $10 charge for fuel. I spoke with owner Brent Geddings about my disappointment with the fuel charge and he said that is the way it is and was not interested in my concern.

Our house's previous owners weren't too good with maintenance: we had a horrible case of a backed-up laundry drain late on a Sunday afternoon. I called Major Drain and when they got back to me, they were able to arrive only an hour later! They cleaned out our disgusting drain and a clogged laundry pipe too, and all of that was done in less than an hour. They were EXTREMELY reasonable with the price, and the service was quick and efficient. We will definitely be using Major Drain in addition to our normal plumber for all our plumbing/drain needs.

I called Major Drain after snaking my kitchen sink line and hitting a spot far down the line I couldnt get past. The guys came out and long story short let me know I had some problems around 20ft down the line and they marked the spot for me on my basement floor after locating the problem area with their camera. They said they could dig it out for me for very reasonabke price but I let them know I felt pretty comfortable digging the pipe out myself. They told me to call with any questions along the way. I cut a foot long section out and discovered I had a giant acorn that had wedged itself in there from a squirrel that burrowed in the vent pipe and slowly over time the grease and sludge packed in behind it making it impossible to free! I couldnt of asked for any better service and these guys saved me a ton of money. They even put a new floor drain where I had dug in since I already was down there and it cost me hardly anything else. They turned a $1000+ job for me into a $500 fix and new floor drain. Dont hesitate to call these guys before wasting your time anywhere else. Their prices, customer service, honesty, and advice are second to none.

We ended up having to call Major Drain on Easter Sunday afternoon. They came out immediately and had the problem fixed (snaked our main line) in less than an hour - they even managed to get cleaned up and out of the house before our dinner guests arrived! Minimal service charge for it being a weekend (and a holiday!) Very happy with our service from Major Drain.
