The sign of a good business is determined by the service when something doesn't go according to plan.

After service, my drain wasn't working properly and the problem persisted. Brent's brother followed up to offer help. He began to diagnose the drain problem as roots. He explained that it would now take two people to complete the job and there would potentially be damage to the structural integrity of the plumbing. They would comp the first hour due to not fixing the problem.

The bill was going to be more expensive than I could afford with two people and no agreed upon price to resolve the problem. So, I told him I would rent equipment and try it myself. If there was potential damage I would have to live with it. It took 30 minutes and we were done. No roots.

Months went by and I received an email requesting full payment. After calling, Brent postured that the billing was fair. I said we then have nothing further to talk about. Next I received a call from their legal department. I called to see if we could reach a resolution. The lady who took my call said she didn't have much time. She told me I could make full payment or they would put a lean on my house. I explained the situation to her and she hung up. I then received another email.

Take it for what it's worth. They are just trying to run a business, but if thing don't go their way they lack professionalism to resolve conflict.

No one likes to think of calling a plumber. You call because you're sewer is backed up, there's a mess to clean up, you're schedule is disrupted, you get the idea. If you're in that situation, these are the ones you want to call. They came out when they said they would, they were courteous, professional and they came out when they said they would.

They've been out to my house three times. The first, they snaked the main for tree roots. They cleaned up after themselves and left me with a 90 day guarantee. Four months later, the drain backed up again. I called them up, explained the situation and explained that we were outside of the 90 days. They came back out and snaked it again at an adjusted hourly rate. They could have hidden behind that 90 day guarantee, but instead, they treated me right.

The third time, the bath tub plugged up and they came right out and took care of it.

All of my experiences with Major Drain have been positive. They are prompt, courteous, professional, clean up after themselves and the price is right. No one wants to call a plumber, but if I need one, these guys are the one I'll call.

Tree root filled main line...called Major Drain, Brent came out, on schedule, got the line cleared out, very reasonably priced....no $$ for a service call, just hourly rate! Quick, reasonable, thorough...what more can you ask for? HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Unfortunately, after a great vacation, we came home to a flooded basement. We were hugely relieved to find out they took appointments up until 8pm so we were able to get someone in shortly after we got home. The main sewer line out of our house was blocked and they we're able to clear the obstruction in one hour. They were polite and took the time to put down draping to avoid getting dirt throughout the house. We would definitely call major drain for large or small plumbing issues

I had a clogged drain and Major Drain fixed it fast. They missed my call on a Friday afternoon, but promptly called back within minutes to set up a time on Saturday morning for a plumber to fix my drain. I honestly wasn't expecting such a fast turn around time.

Come Saturday morning, the plumber showed up right on time and fixed everything in a matter of minutes. And it wasn't just a job I should've done myself -- I gave it the old college try but to no avail. Prices were reasonable at a little over $130 an hour.

I'll call Major Drain the next time I need a professional plumber and would recommend them to friends, family, and acquaintances.

We hired MD to Hydro Jet tree roots out of our sewer line. They showed up on time and got right to work. The job took practically all day ($ouch$) but they cleared the line. It ended up being quite a bit more than I was expecting to pay. They did work with us on the price. This is the third different company we have hired in 9 years to clear roots. As far as the actual work performed, MD was on par with the others. What sets them apart from the others we have dealt with is the digital invoicing and I thought it was a GREAT touch to send a private youtube link recording of our cleared line. I do not think I will hire anyone else to service our drains other than Major Drain.

We just moved to a new house, and had some issues with water pressure and constantly running toilets. The plumber and his apprentice were timely, professional, did top-notch work, and were punctual and responsive when they needed to come back with a part.

Ultimately, there was a small manufacturing defect in one of the parts they installed, and we had to have someone else out to fix it. When I called to let them know, Brent (the owner) took immediate responsibility, covered my costs, and made it right. I couldn't ask for a better relationship!
