Beginning in the coal sector, we embraced technological changes in heating and air conditioning. In 1980, we began providing plumbing services to serve our customers more effectively.
In 1979, Scott started his journey in the industry as an apprentice. He has worked in all capacities within the company. Scott is certified as both a Master Plumber and Master HVACR Technician.

After being a loyal customer for over 35 years -- purchasing fuel oil; annual furnace service contracts; water heater, furnace and baseboard heater replacements -- the quality of work, professionalism, responsiveness, respectfulness and honestly at this firm has deteriorated to the point where we need to sever this relationship.
A few months ago, we asked this firm to replace several baseboard heaters, repair valves to our multizone heating system, replace a component of our sump pump, and repair the fan in our air-conditioning system. We were told these were simple repairs requiring readily available parts - ""No Problem"". Not a single phase of these repairs were accomplished without incident. Parts of the baseboard heater covers were missing; servicemen 'forgot' to get certain parts; a three-day repair of the air-conditioning system was misdiagnosed and has taken four weeks; and the shut-down of the air-conditioning system has disabled the heating system as the cooler weather set in.
All we have heard has been promises followed by excuses; and then only after having to make multiple follow-up calls for weeks on end. We have experienced a complete lack of respect for our time and needs. They have advertised experience in areas, we subsequently learned were farmed out to third parties. It is a shame that a once quality firm has deteriorated to this point. While there are still several highly skilled mechanics and servicemen at this organization; its leadership no longer values loyal customers.
