DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT listen to Jeff Lewis when he says that you need a D&R (Disaster and Restoration) service before he can deal with a water leak. Consider his $95 do-nothing service charge a cheap lesson and call somebody else. The disaster will only begin when they walk through your door with their HEPA machines, fans, heaters, dehumidifiers and sledgehammers. The ""D"" also stands for demolition and they will destroy your kitchen for an outrageous sum of money before daring to charge you more than three times that amount to restore it.

When I got the same recommendation from Jeff Lewis on another property --that he couldn't fix a leak until had the D&R company came in, I knew something wasn't right.

You just can't find customer service like this anymore. Recently the water pressure in our house dropped significantly. In the thick of the holiday season with holiday parties, travel and general chaos. Not the time to have schedule a plumber.

I found Majesty and read the reviews here. I was impressed the owner responded (quite nicely) to the reviews that were negative and that the good reviews were glowing. I really wanted to use someone local. I quickly checked the registrar of contractors and saw that everything looked great, no complaints and licensed for almost a decade.

I filled out the contact form hoping to potentially get the problem looked at before the weekend (late on a Thursday night). Imagine my surprise when I got an email back in less than an hour apologizing that they couldn't get someone out until Monday BUT based on what I had told them they thought there was something I could try that might fix the problem.

I was able to fix my own problem based on the help from Jeff. More importantly it relieved a TON of stress during an already hectic week. Jeff and Majesty plumbing are exactly why I love supporting the local service industry. I will be recommending Majesty to everyone I know. Honest, caring and knowledgeable, not a combination you see much anymore.

In an emergency situation and get voice mail saying ""if this is an emergency press one"". Obviously I did and it just repeats the message. Plumbing is not a 9 to 5 job! If you cant be available when a customer needs you, I wont ever become your customer.

I bought a water softener and called Jeff @ Majesty plumbing to install it. I told him that I would like it setup so I could bypass the water softener in the event that the water softener had a problem in the future. Jeff took the time to explain the best option and was upfront about the price. I was very impressed with the professionalism and the knowledge that Jeff brought to the job. I would highly recommend Majesty plumbing to anybody that is looking for a trustworthy and highly qualified plumber.

Jeff and Majestic Plumbing are the best!! I called and he was able to come over within a half an hour. Once he arrived, he solved my plumbing problem immediately and even gave me some advice on how to avoid the same issue next time. Called Jeff hoping he could come within a day or two. Imagine my surprise and delight when he agreed to come within the hour! I tried to tackle the broken shower handle on my own and got part-way through only to find the home depot replacement valve caused the shower to leak.

I decided help was needed and Jeff was the right guy! He was prompt, professional, clean, and thorough. New valve- no more leak!
