Welcome to Majesty Plumbing, LLC. We have proudly served the East Valley and beyond. Jeff began his plumbing career with another company. Within two years, he rose to the position of supervisor and subsequently joined two additional plumbing companies. During that time, he enhanced his expertise in serving customers and resolving plumbing problems for many of homeowners. Years later, Jeff and his wife, his partner in life, decided it was time to launch their own venture. And so, Majesty Plumbing came to life! Jeff and Rose agreed to building a business grounded in professionalism, honor, integrity, quality, and family values. For over a decade, they have proudly assisted families and businesses in the surrounding community in this manner.
Here’s a message from Jeff and Rose: We would consider it an honor to help you and a quick reminder... Majesty Plumbing... Restoring your peace of mind!
Jeff & Rose Lewis are the proud owners of Majesty Plumbing. Born in New York, we moved to Arizona in the year 1994 where Jeff began his plumbing career. With 14 years of experience at various plumbing firms, Jeff recognized a common trait among the numerous homeowners he had the chance to assist along the way. He learned that customers not only want a service professional who can perform the task efficiently. He realized that people genuinely want a professional who can engage in a courteous and personable manner.
Determined to make a difference, Jeff chose to go solo; partnering with the most knowledgeable and customer-oriented person he knew... his beloved wife, Rose!
United, Jeff and Rose created the following mission statement:
""In a world where GREAT service has become the exception, rather than the rule, our goal is to bring excellent customer service back to the forefront.""

Recommended Customer Reviews

Transparent, clean, honest and efficient. As a vet, I recommend this company with flying colors, red, white and blue! Thank you.

Jeff with Majesty Plumbing has come to my home 2 times. Last year to replace my water heater and this month for the garbage disposer. Jeff is such a fine example of what customer service should be everywhere! He responded timely, called me when he was on his way and arrived within the time he told me. But most of all Jeff is professional, personable, kind and generous. I felt like a good friend had come to help me out in time of need.
I most definitely, strongly recommend Jeff if you need plumbing work. Don't even bother looking anywhere else :) !

I came across Majesty Plumbing while doing some online research. I called to learn more about their offerings. Jeff answered the phone and immediately seemed bothered that I called. When I told him I was interested in solar hot water heaters and tankless systems he responded with an attitude and asked me if it was this was a telemarketing call. I told him he lost the chance to earn my business and I ended the call. My suggestion to Jeff is that when someone calls to learn more about your company and the products you offer, you might want to show some better customer service.

My review has good news and bad news - unfortunately more of the latter. On the positive side, Jeff came out the day after I called, showed up on time, did quality work, answered my questions, and cleaned up very well. On the negative side, for a house call, for about 2 3/4 hours of work, and for a few parts available at Home Depot for less than $50, he charged us $533! That is a rip off, disgusting, outrageous! My wife is a nurse and has to work TWO FULL DAYS to earn $500 gross. That means Jeff charged approximately $150/hr. I must admit that I bear some responsibility because I did not get a quote or estimate from him before I had him come over. But never in my wildest dreams (or nightmares) did I think that the total cost would exceed $300-$350. So, if you are looking for a plumber that thinks you have the wallet of her Majesty, hire Majesty Plumbing. If, however, you are retired and living on a limited budget, look elsewhere. Spencer Stopa

I called Jeff this morning to come and take a look at a major leak we were having in our kitchen. He came out immediately and not only stopped my leak but fixed 2 other probelms with a guest bathroom and our master bathroom tub on the spot. He was professional/knowledgeable and overall just a nice guy. I would recommend him to anyone that had any plumbing issues. He also recommended an amazing irrigation company (Adam's D&R) that is currently fixing the remainder of our problems. Thanks for everything Jeff!

We have used Majesty plumbing twice through our home warranty company. The first visit was to replace a hot water heater that had shorted out due to a leak in the tank. Jeff was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and stopped over 40 minutes later to confirm his suspicions. He thoroughly explained what was covered by the warranty (parts&labor) and that work outside of the scope the covered repair (determined by the home warranty company) , if necessary, would require an additional charge. He also explained how the home warranty company procured its parts and how that would impact the timing of the repair. Once the parts were in Jeff once again fit us in between his already scheduled appointments which he did not have to do. Jeff went out of his way help us get our hot water back.
Five weeks later we had a water leak outside our house that appeared to be coming from the slab. The home warranty company again sent Majesty plumbing to fix the issue. Jeff quickly diagnosed the problem and walked me through his diagnosis. It turned our to be a sprinkler leak which the home warranty did not cover. Once again, Jeff fit us between his scheduled appointments which he didn't have to do.
Jeff is a true professional providing excellent work with great service.
I highly recommend Majesty Plumbing.

Jeff from Majesty replaced our water heater in November 2015 through our home warranty company. We were satisfied at the time. A few weeks ago here in May 2016 the same water heater leaks throughout our garage and into our master closet. Jeff comes back out to our home, looks at the water heater, and says that it is leaking but he can't do the work because he is busy but wanted to collect his $60 trip charge, yet he didn't do any work. He left the water heater in place and it subsequently leaked again after the water was turned off because there was still water in it. Taking a water heater down took another plumber less than 30 minutes. We hire another plumber to replace the water heater under manufacturer's warranty but Jeff has taken the tag off of the water heater for some reason. My insurance company still can't figure out why.
In the end, Jeff is a nice guy but he did not help us with our leaky water heater that he installed and his apparent unwillingness to squeeze us into his schedule caused my wife and I to go out of pocket $800 to replace a water heater less than 6 months old.
Take it for what it is worth but I would not go back to Majesty Plumbing LLC given this experience.

We had a leaking pipe behind our water heater. Went through our home warranty and was sent Majesty Plumbing. Had to pay $60 to get him here. Then he said the leak was behind the water heater and that would be an extra $300 to take it out and fix the leak. The home warranty does not pay for the access to get to the leak. Now, we are retired and have done alot of repairs in the past but to move a water heater and put it back is not that complicated. The actual repair job took an hour, plus 20 minutes to get started and 20 minutes to clean up. Therefore you are looking at a solid $150.00 or more an hour. To be fair I did choose to have him do the work because it was pushing the weekend and we already had our water turned off for 2 days. IN MY OPINION, that is really high priced. To charge people $150-$200 an hour. IN MY OPINION that is price gouging. Either because we were older or something. IN MY OPINION we were taken advantage of. Jeff did good work, he was friendly but the cost to have them do the work is very, very high. It is hard to recommend them to friends or family because of the outrageous cost. Example, you can buy a $6.00 hamburger, good food, good service and quick. Or you can go down the street and buy a $12.00 - $18.00 hamburger , same good food, same service and quick. Which one do you choose? IN MY OPINION, Mesa, Queen Creek, Apache Junction good plumbing at a Beverly Hills cost. Again, this is MY OPINION, I would definitely call first to get a quote. It really comes down to good work but it will cost you double or triple the cost.

I highly recommend Jeff and Majesty Plumbing based on the experiences I have had with him. He is professional, personable, courteous, and knowledgeable without being overly technical. He quickly assessed the problem and completed the work in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost the first time I had him out.
The second time he came out (issue unrelated to the first visit), he gave me some recommendations on fixing the issue myself. Most service providers would take the quick buck; Jeff's integrity is second to none and I know I am getting quality service and sound advice. Service like that is far too rare nowadays.
If you have plumbing issues, call Majesty. Thanks Jeff, keep up the great work.

Plumbing...not too exciting but in times of crisis a great plumber is priceless! Jeff came out to my home, on short notice, diagnosed the problem immediately and got me flowing again! Price was right! Service and a smile. Nice guy, great company. I highly recommend Majesty Plumbing LLC if you need the job done right. Thanks Jeff, it was a pleasuse meeting you.
