Our home recently had a few things that has come up where we knew we needed some help with getting things fixed, tightened up, and possibly replaced. We had Blaine come out and help us with our issues, and he couldn't have been more friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what we were seeing, what caused the problems, what he was going to do, and show us what he was doing as he worked. I'm no handyman, nor do I feel confident with my plumbing skills- but I learned some good knowledge about my home and how to keep things running optimally and maintain value over time. I cannot stress enough how pleased we were that we had Blaine help us. These days you want to believe that you're getting good value for your investment. Got a quote for $750 to replace one bad faucet for washer. Replaced it myself for $6. If you don't know about repairs watch out for this group. It cost me $75 for them to come and way over quite me. Ended up doing it myself in 10 minutes. They wanted to cut pipes and to cut apart my wall, be careful, be very careful.

Glad we called. He called back in a few minutes and was out in an hour. Fixed the backup and it wasn't the easiest problem. He actually found the source of the backup and we were grateful. Nice man. Will call here always.

Please make sure you find out all costs before you use this service. They will nickel and dime you. The quote $110 and hour and they are here for an hour and then charge you double - trip charge, excess charge for their supplies, etc. Shawn is the tech who came out on both occasions. BE CAREFUL.

OUTRAGEOUSLY HIGH PRICE QUOTE I contacted Majestic to have outlets and 2 LCD strip fixtures installed using PVC conduit in my rental's 2 car garage.I've done exactly this in my own garage using metal conduit. The electrician told me the work would take about 3 hours - I agreed with this estimate. For this work, I was quoted $613, if I supplied all the materials. Over $200 per hour. More than my doctor makes. More than twice the going rate, according to comparable quote requests. This is indefensible.

When I first contacted this company, they were responsive and on time. After 10 days, the problem returned. When I called to express my frustration, not only did they come to my home within an hour but the owner himself showed up. Customer Service at it's best! Folks, these people are not 'cheap' but I believe that you get what you pay for and customer service goes a long way! Please call Majestic for your plumbing needs!

I've been a customer for many years now and have never been disappointed. From the front office to the technicians, to the owner, everyone is professional, thorough, and honest. They've replaced a water heater (and pressure valve); garbage disposals; and installed outdoor flood lights for me and I've been happy with everything. They've even talked me through what to do when I was called away from the office because water was gushing from my property into the street. They've earned a customer for life.

READ THIS BEFORE THEY STEAL $50 TO TELL GIVE YOU AN OUTRAGEOUS QUOTE. A simple, 90 degree angle and 12 inches of pvc pipe. This was all that was needed to be replaced. The tech JOSH shows up, upon seeing what needs to be done, immediately, without looking at the pipe coming out of the wall, says he would need to go to my backyard, dig up this pipe (tear up the backyard in the process) and replace it to be on the safe side. I am an HVAC tech and understand the business of upselling, however this was ridiculous. He changed his mind when i told him my background, and asked him to actually measure how much pipe he had to work with in joining the 90 degree coupling. He then says """"let me go out to my truck and see if I have the parts"""". I wait 1 minute, follow him, he has his phone, starts to make a phone call, sees me, stops and then just paces back and forth, finally writes a quote for coupling the existing pipe to a 90 degree angle and 12 inch length of pvc..... FOR $750 DOLLARS!!! We told him """"no thank you"""". He was gone in 10 seconds. I spoke with the accounts receivable rep, she told me this is an average quote for the scope of work in the actual picture in this review. Now they demand $50 for a bogus quote. Beware of this company, please pay attention to the bad reviews, the good ones must be friends of the owners. TERRIBLE. The next company, did the job for $225 and we are referring our whole community as a result.

Lonnie, the owner, and Josh, the plumber, did an excellent job communicating and repairing a very complicated plumbing issue at our house. Lonnie has some of the best customer service skills I've ever experienced and it really made a difference during the stressful challenge at hand. He returned our call immediately and sent Josh right out, knowing it was a critical repair that needed to be done in a timely manner. We have used their services a few times now and can say that they are top notch! It feels good to have a plumber we can trust!
