Is there a way to give LESS than a star?! Do not book time with this company. They charge an $80 fee to come out and give an estimate (so they say). OK, that seems fine. The plumber came to my house, was here less than 5 minutes and told me it would be an additional $300 dollars to actually snake the line in to look at the plumbing. Bait and switch, much? When I said no to that, he said, """"That'll be $80."""" Literally, he wanted me to pay $80 to come in, try up up charge me and leave. I get how plumbing companies don't want their time wasted. This company will waste YOUR time and try to trick and cheat you. Had they asked me what i needed when they booked the appointment, they could've quoted me what they would actually charge to create an estimate. This approach was sneaky and underhanded. I would not recommend this company under any circumstances.

Our toilet flooded and they had a charge to come out, they ran a snake down and charged 885. 3 days later same problem , they want to charge another fee to come out , no thanks . I am glad some got good service, but I wouldn't recommend them to a wealthy person. 885. for a snake run. but the tech. told me the 885 would cover much more , camera run, pipes and other stuff. when I mentioned it, he went dumb on me.

We were completely ripped off by this plumbing company. We had to have a plumber come out on the weekend (that was the first mistake). The weekend emergency fee was $125 right from the start plus a $79 displace fee that would be credited if the work was completed. So you can imagine that we would be inclined to use them versus telling them to leave, still paying $204 and having a leaking faucet. So we ended up being charged almost $760 to have an outdoor faucet Bibb replaced. Just the little handle of the faucet - no drywall or wood work, not cutting....only changing out the faucet Bibb, which when we look up online should be between $150-$350 with a max price listed of $500....when I called to get more detailed surrounding the lump sum charge for the work I was told that the way could not provide additional details and that I agreed to the estimate for the repair and that was that. While the technician who came to our house was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient the office was unhelpful & dismissive. Would NEVER use this company again.

Our home recently had a few things that has come up where we knew we needed some help with getting things fixed, tightened up, and possibly replaced. We had Blaine come out and help us with our issues, and he couldn't have been more friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what we were seeing, what caused the problems, what he was going to do, and show us what he was doing as he worked. I'm no handyman, nor do I feel confident with my plumbing skills- but I learned some good knowledge about my home and how to keep things running optimally and maintain value over time. I cannot stress enough how pleased we were that we had Blaine help us. These days you want to believe that you're getting good value for your investment. Got a quote for $750 to replace one bad faucet for washer. Replaced it myself for $6. If you don't know about repairs watch out for this group. It cost me $75 for them to come and way over quite me. Ended up doing it myself in 10 minutes. They wanted to cut pipes and to cut apart my wall, be careful, be very careful.

Glad we called. He called back in a few minutes and was out in an hour. Fixed the backup and it wasn't the easiest problem. He actually found the source of the backup and we were grateful. Nice man. Will call here always.

Please make sure you find out all costs before you use this service. They will nickel and dime you. The quote $110 and hour and they are here for an hour and then charge you double - trip charge, excess charge for their supplies, etc. Shawn is the tech who came out on both occasions. BE CAREFUL.
