I found this Majestic Plumbing on Angie's list and they were awesome! They came out for a free estimate (which was a little pricey), but I rather pay more and have the problem be fixed rather have a reoccurring issue. Their reviews on Angie's List were very accurate; professional, efficient, and does solid work (there was also a coupon for 10% off any service - bonus). Within a a hour maybe hour and a half my toilet and shower leak were fixed. He took the time to walked me through his process and help me understand why it was leaking as well. I was very happy with the service and will be using them again (hopefully not anytime soon). Great company!

I had Majestic Plumbing and Electric complete all of the work to switch from an electric range to a gas range. They did a great job and I highly recommend them!

We had a busted pipe in the wall behind our guest bathroom toilet. I called Majestic and they came. They are very professional, on time and do great work. Our technician Allen was very nice and respectful. He was also very, very knowledgeable in the codes of plumbing. He went above and beyond to let us know about what he was doing and things we need to look out for. I think Majestic gave us a honest and fair price.

Unfortunately, I did not have the great experience others have had. Called about a sewer gas smell in a half bathroom that had been going on for a while. Plumber arrived, and was very polite and courteous. He did not know where the smell was coming from, but suggested reseating the toilet to """"see if that worked"""". It came at a cost of over $350, but we went ahead and agreed hoping it would solve the problem. He stated he did not have the materials needed to complete the job, and so would have to go get them. I thought that strange, since reseating a toilet is not rare for a plumber. He left, and did not return for 2 hours. TWO HOURS. We are less than 5 minutes from Lowe's, and less than 10 from a Home Depot. He did call after about an hour and a half to let me know he was finishing up lunch. When he returned, I asked if we needed to put some plastic on the floor to protect it. He said no, he would take care of all of that. Consequently, he pulled up the toilet and got a fair amount of water on the wood flooring. He did wipe it up, but used such a dirty rag it left a mess behind. It took him about a half hour to complete the job, which further puzzled me. Why didn't he just get it done earlier instead of leaving for so long? Finally, the caulking job he performed was not good. To add insult to injury, the smell still exists, so the toilet was not the cause to begin with. I contacted Majestic after the fact to let them know of my concerns. Angie did get back with me quickly to let me know the plumbing supervisor would be calling. He did not call the rest of that week. Angie called me the following week and said the supervisor had called and wanted to know if he could come out. I informed her that no one had called, and at this point, I wasn't sure what else they could do. I also sent pictures of the sub par caulking job. I've not heard anything since then. Sorry to say I would neither hire again, nor recommend.

READ THIS BEFORE THEY STEAL $50 TO TELL GIVE YOU AN OUTRAGEOUS QUOTE. A simple, 90 degree angle and 12 inches of pvc pipe. This was all that was needed to be replaced. The tech JOSH shows up, upon seeing what needs to be done, immediately, without looking at the pipe coming out of the wall, says he would need to go to my backyard, dig up this pipe (tear up the backyard in the process) and replace it to be on the safe side. I am an HVAC tech and understand the business of upselling, however this was ridiculous. He changed his mind when i told him my background, and asked him to actually measure how much pipe he had to work with in joining the 90 degree coupling. He then says """"let me go out to my truck and see if I have the parts"""". I wait 1 minute, follow him, he has his phone, starts to make a phone call, sees me, stops and then just paces back and forth, finally writes a quote for coupling the existing pipe to a 90 degree angle and 12 inch length of pvc..... FOR $750 DOLLARS!!! We told him """"no thank you"""". He was gone in 10 seconds. I spoke with the accounts receivable rep, she told me this is an average quote for the scope of work in the actual picture in this review. Now they demand $50 for a bogus quote. Beware of this company, please pay attention to the bad reviews, the good ones must be friends of the owners. TERRIBLE. The next company, did the job for $225 and we are referring our whole community as a result.

Majestic was fantastic. I called late on a Sunday night with a plumbing emergency. There were no technicians available until the next afternoon. However, the representative on the phone could here the panic in my voice. She promised that if an appointment became available, she would try to squeeze me in. I had actually called three companies, but Majestic was the only one who treated my emergency as their emergency. I received a call from her at 6:53am. . The technicians were at my house by about 7:30am. . I had running water and properly flowing toilets by 8am! So blessed! These guys were wonderful. I would definitely call Majestic again!

Majestic Plumbing came to repair two vanity faucets leaking. Was here for 2 hours, replaced washers and silicone around the two faucets. Never gave a quote on the repair before he started. our bill was $282. Statement wasn't itemized to show labor and materials. I could have purchased 2 new faucets. And to top it all off, their work is not warranted! We have used Majestic for electrical work in the past and never thought this would happen. Don't use this company

The guy who came by was very nice. Gave me options. The prices were ok, standard for the industry. But anywhere he could give me discounts he did. He also went to one of my rental properties and fixed a toilet there too! He was very helpful. I think his name was Eric. I would certainly use them again.

I love this company...and the technician Sandy he has been out to my has several times to replace cupler on water heater and then replacing my water heater.Very informative and explains everything in a way you can understand.Loves his job very enthusiasatic and personable.I'd recommend Majestic Plumbling to everyone just an honest caring company
