Majestic has saved me on several occasions. I've been using their plumbing services for years, but last week I had lost power from my breaker and had to make an after hours call to their electrical team on a very hot evening. The final price was about $50 less than most of their competition charged just for the after hours fee, they got here in about 30 minutes where their competition would've taken 2 hours to dispatch, and their technician was as friendly as I've come to expect from Majestic. Majestic knows good customer service at a great price!

I am very disappointed that I did not get the same treatment from Majestic Plumbing & Electric as the reviews I am reading here. Matt was the plumber that was sent to do a simple disconnect of my kitchen sink, faucet and garbage disposal... as well as, only disconnecting my gas range. I was in a pinch to get this done today as my granite counters are being installed tomorrow. Matt was only there for approximately 1 hour, no materials were needed and he charged me $680 to disconnect the above mentioned items. I feel that I was taken advantage of because I am a woman and I was in a pinch to get this done before tomorrow morning. After speaking with other contractors... I was repeatedly told, """"I'm so sorry. It looks like he screwed you over."""" It is not right that a single mother can not rely on a professional business to not take advantage of her. I am so upset that I went along with the payment. However, I have canceled them to come back for the reconnect after the granite is put in, as he has quoted $670 to reconnect.. for a grand total of $1350 to provide no more than a couple of hours of work and no parts.. I have since been quoted by two other plumbers to do this work for no more than $200.

I love this company...and the technician Sandy he has been out to my has several times to replace cupler on water heater and then replacing my water heater.Very informative and explains everything in a way you can understand.Loves his job very enthusiasatic and personable.I'd recommend Majestic Plumbling to everyone just an honest caring company

I had the good fortune of having Eric Hardy sent to my house by Majestic Plumbing to install a new kitchen faucett. Eric was very courteous and professional. He explained all costs to me before performing the installation. He completed the installation and verified that there were no leaks. He left the jobsite very clean. Majestic Plumbing is tops in my book thanks to Eric.

The good thing about them is that they were on time. However, I can't help but wonder who wrote the incredible reviews for them. My experience was not positive. They charged me a total of about $1,400 to clean outside lines, replace an outside faucet, install a toilet I provided, and repair another toilet. I had a receipt from my old plumbing company (around $500) for approximately the same work about a year ago. Too bad the old company seems to be out of business. I did call Majestic back after I stewed on the high charges for a few days and asked them to check the charges. They said they'd call me back -- surprise, no call back. The plumber also told me that I need a new PRV, but I had it replaced a few months ago, so that felt wrong. Unless timeliness is a high priority, don't call them. If you are willing to pay more because they arrive on time, go for it.

I found this Majestic Plumbing on Angie's list and they were awesome! They came out for a free estimate (which was a little pricey), but I rather pay more and have the problem be fixed rather have a reoccurring issue. Their reviews on Angie's List were very accurate; professional, efficient, and does solid work (there was also a coupon for 10% off any service - bonus). Within a a hour maybe hour and a half my toilet and shower leak were fixed. He took the time to walked me through his process and help me understand why it was leaking as well. I was very happy with the service and will be using them again (hopefully not anytime soon). Great company!

I called because of a rotten egg smell in our house's laundry room. We just bought the house so ha no history behind the smell. They were able to come within a week for a free diagnosis. They showed up at the beginning of the 3 hour window so I didn't have to sit and wait for them. The plumber was very professional and courteous. He was able to eliminate some possibilities but because we couldn't duplicate the smell while he was here, he couldn't pinpoint a cause. He said we could cut into the wall and check the pipes but that wasn't a guarantee solution. He instead gave a DIY option to try first so I didn't have to pay. I tried it once he left and no smell! I appreciate his honesty and felt like he really wanted to help, not just get my money. I will absolutely use them in the future!

I was experiencing a problem with my drain from my washer being clogged. It had been """"snaked"""" with no results. I found Majestic plumbing on Angie's List and called them. They came on Monday, did nothing but ask questions and decided that THEIR special formula was needed to clear the clog - like Drano but much stronger. They stated they had to go """"back to the shop"""" to get the chemical. Long story short - although the label and been removed, the bottle perfectly matched a product from Home Depot costing $7.00 yet they charged me $189 and said that none of that amt was a service fee! Hmmmm. I'll stick to plungers and Drano next time!!!

Joseph from Majestic has come over on several occasions to help us solve a water leak, fix a leaky toilet pipe, and install a toilet. He arrive on time and was very professional and friendly. A great company to deal with! Highly recommended.
