They came out twice to fix running toilets. Charged me twice. Toilets still running. Must be a new 3rd problem they say not covered under warranty. When I said I didn't think it should take three appts to fix my toilet they said call someone else and hung up on me.

Have used Majestic for over 10 years. They are friendly, professional, competent and efficient. We would not use anyone else for our plumbing needs. They have become like family and you can count on them to fix anything you need done. They always show up when scheduled and are just terrific.

I am not the type to write reviews, but in this case I think folks should be warned that Majestic will not stand behind their work. They plumbed our entire house (new construction), and a few years later we had a leak that caused quite a bit of drywall damage. The tech replaced a fitting, told me that they do leak on rare occasions, then billed me for the repair. I was a little disappointed since they did the original work, but fine.

Now a year later the same fitting caused all that drywall damage again, and Majestic is saying it's all my fault, the tech wrote there was a nail that caused the damage. This is a complete lie, the fitting and pipe are nowhere near the drywall let alone anywhere there could be a nail. I'm will pay all day long for honest work, but this is a clear case of dishonesty to cover up poor performance.

They worked on my remodel several years ago. When I had an issue (non-warranty, but willing to pay to repair) they came out right away and said they had to order parts for my steam shower. A dozen phone calls to them, have to this day been unacknowledged. No follow up, no explanation.....guess they don't want the work.

We have used Majestic Plumbing for a kitchen and 3 bathroom remodels. They are wonderful to work with. Very prosessional and their work is great. They are quick to respond to any issue that may arise, no matter how small. Would not use anyone else!

Quality work . While I can't say anything is a bargain I will say the owner is very picky about the work and it will be done well the first time.
