I had several plugs replaced in my kitchen I had several other electricians who couldn't figure what was wrong why they wouldn't work Majestic home repair came out got them working only problem I had was he wasn't quick had to leave several messages to finish up other wise I would've rated a 5 star ..thank you Gary and his team for a nice job

We were contracted with Gary through Bonnie Plumbing to fix some damage they caused. The initial work was fine but did not fix our problem. We called for months and had at least 10 appointments for him to come back and fix our roof. No call. No show. We would schedule another appointment and he would confirm he was coming then nothing. After 3 months of the nonsense I finally called Bonnie and they sent someone else. Then a month AFTER his last no show no call his new secretary calls to schedule for him to come out. ONE MONTH. No excuse for the lack of professionalism and disrespect for my family and our home.

We hired Gary to assemble our steel 12x10 gazebo. His price was very reasonable and the work was done well. His estimate was very well prepared on the work he would perform and he completed as promised. I also hired him a couple of weeks later to redo the foundation for my shed since it had rotted due to moisture. He did an excellent job and the craftsmanship was top notch.
I am definitely going to call Gary for all my handyman needs in the future. He is very honest and does quality work.

I wrote a review weeks back. Still haven't heard from Gary Wilson, he has basically ghosted us. Are home isnt close to being finished. Hired him in late Sept. 2022 they started the work in oct. 2022.Fast forward to may 10,2023 Nothing. I will upload some pictures soon. Before you hire Gary with Straitline Home Repair. Stop and read this first!
We gave him 10's of thousands of dollars to remodel our home. There is about 25k-28k- unaccounted for. We paid him in full by 8/1/22. we didn't move in until the end of January. Gary didn't even tell us the inside was done because he couldn't face us and he abandoned the remaining job which was the outside. Gary charged us for his personal equipment. Just to name a few, airless paint sprayer $828.00, sander $128.00, battery charger $126.00 2 ext. cords $206.00. Gary also charged us for roof fabric and roof coating $1218.00 and he didn't touch our roof. Part of the 25k-28k is a cash credit of $11,050.00 owed to us. Gary listed it on the contract, but he never deducted it from our amount due. Gary ghosted us (absolute zero contact) numerous times for weeks at a time because he spent our money and couldn't finish our project. He never had any answers to any of my questions ever he would look at me like a deer in headlights every time. During the times of Gary ghosting us he would leave me to deal with his employees through a language app very unprofessional. Gary gave us numerous deadlines, but he never kept one. We've had to and have to fix numerous things that were done wrong. There were 9 outlets were done wrong. There were paint droppings all over my new floor (I'm still cleaning that up). The master shower door didn't close all the way. Both master windows leaking heavily. The dish washer was not secured so when they fixed it they put a white ugly block to secure it so that just added to our things that have to be fixed. They didn't finish the rock outside. They never closed up where they cut around the water main it was just left opened, and they never installed our privacy wall. During construction after a heavy storm, I went to check on my home. My master windows were left opened, and I had a huge puddle. The workers are extremely messy and careless. We gave Gary numerous chances to make it right but to no avail. If Gary had not lied to us numerous times, he may of gotten away with all of this. The bottom line is Gary is very unprofessional and very untrustworthy. So, if you're going to still hire Gary make sure you pay him per job and not in advanced. Ask to see all receipts. Carefully check over and add up your contract. Gary also is not a licensed contractor. He is a handyman.

Gary Wilson committed to a job for me basically a year ago. It started off just fine but has now been delayed going on 10 months. It took 8 months to get my sliding glass door because he forgot to check on it and when he did it was damaged. Then had to wait another 3 months to get it installed. Then they left trash at my house for over a month and wouldn't come pick it up. I also ordered a custom front door at the same time back In Feb/Mar 2022 and I, to this day, cannot get him to give me any updates on it. I paid for it because it was custom and now he won't respond. He also no shows on almost all of his appointments. I have had no down spouts for almost a year and have exposed areas where siding should be. He has yet to come fix it. I do not recommend hiring him!

Gary, his guys, and Shannon have gotten everything finished at my house. It is looking lovely and I am very happy to get things done.
Wish I didn't have to write a bad review to get his attention. Now that everything is done I am happy and am taking this as a learning experience.
I will definitely call Gary in the future.

Used Gary and his guys to put in a laminate floor, did a good job. Had them replace a fan/ heater, the end result
Was good. Had him do renovations on my home and I am unhappy with end result. The bathroom remodel is beautiful to look at but I had to have the toilet pulled and
Resealed because toilet was loose and not caulked properly. Had a seat put in the shower and the underside is exposed wood, in the shower. Opened up doorways because my husband is disabled left gaps at the bottom of wood. Toe kick in the kitchen was never finished, you could see the shims and a gap. The faucet had to be re- tightened and when the guy came out and did that he asked us why the board in the back was not secured.
Put a metal security door , front door and it sticks when you open it up. Told Gary about the door and the seat in the shower said he would fix but would not come out for just those items unless we scheduled the paying items first. Put in counters and he did not seal them. Originally
Gary said after installing he would need to seal them but when the job was done he said they came sealed. I spoke with Granite Expo and they do not seal them. So now my counters have not been sealed. My block of counter behind stove is wobbling and the seams on the sides are very noticeable and you can see the glue. There were jobs that I put a hold on because I became unhappy with the whole situation, I believe that this was too big of a job for them. Gary is nice but frustrating with all of this happening. Guys are nice but their work was not being thoroughly checked. Still have a few other items but called someone else to do the work.

Was there a record for Ceres? I received an appt confirmation by text which states Gary Wilson to come on 7/30 between 10:30 -12:00. Appt was received from Paul D. So don't give me some BS that this is not on your records.
