I'm absolutely infuriated with the scheduling of this company!! Last week we had repairs to the plumbing that needed to be addressed. Called Maitz and Chris came and told us what needed to be fixed. Also, said we needed a new water softener. Ok, fine! So, scheduled for the repairs of the kitchen drain and the bathtub faucet for Saturday and scheduled today for the water softener to be installed. Well, didn't receive a call saying that today wasn't gonna happen for the installation. I had to call to find out what time they were gonna arrive. So turns out the installation isn't gonna happen today but come first thing tomorrow. For the amount of money I'm paying don't tell me one thing and then do another. Shame on you!!

We came to our vacation home for the Memorial Day holiday weekend, only to find that we had no running water and no indoor plumbing. Needless to say, this was an emergency. 15 calls to different plumbers later, and only Maitz responded and came immediately. The plumber, Joel, was friendly and professional, and fixed the pipe right away. Although the job was around $500, this was to be expected given the nature of the repair and the fact that it was an emergency. We should've called Maitz first, and we will definitely use them again.

Although the scheduling drove me completely crazy for 3 weeks and made me beyond furious with the way they manage the business the first time around, the men that have come to my house that actually do the work have been FANTASTIC. Two different plumbers on two different occasions and they were great! I wish i had the name of the first because he did an outstanding job as well, but Roberto came today and he was very sweet, helpful, quick and professional. If they could just fix their scheduling issues, the company could have a bright future.

The red tag issue was resolved back in 2017! The person that repaired the issue for $169 also inspected the unit and certified that it was safe , so I really don't know what your repairman was talking about. If you need a copy of the certified report stating all is well with the unit let me know. How does your repairman justify trying to charge $3200 for repairs when all it took was some honesty and $169? Ridiculous.....

Purchased a brand new Air-conditioning and heating unit, the unit failed within the first year while still under warranty. They did not have the parts to fix this brand new unit and had to order the parts in. It took them an unacceptably long time to get the parts in to fix this brand new unit. I would not buy or pay for any further service through Maitz.

I've had a service contract with maitz for a few years now , with no complaints ! Every service technician that has entered my home has been professional , knowledgeable and friendly ! All phone contact with office personal has always been courteous and helpful ! My furnace gave out a couple of weeks ago and they replaced it quickly. Financing was simple and fast ! I recommend maitz to anyone ! Also I received a thank you for your business card and some cookies from them. That's something they don't have to do but it's obvious they appreciate their customers ! Well done maitz I thank you !!!!!!

Beware! We had major plumbing issues and called Maitz. Technicians ( Roberto, Ky, and Josh) were courteous and professional, and prices were reasonable. After a very aggressive sales pitch,we decided to sign up for one of their service plans; one of the benefits is the $49 service fee is waived. We recently had electrical issues, so called for an estimate. Over $850 to repair 2 hard-wired smoke detectors, replace a light fixture in the bathroom, and repair a light switch. And if you opt out of the ""recommended"" repairs, you must pay the $49 service fee. Our tech was nice enough to waive it, but made it clear next time we will need to pay it. Seems to me we got ""reeled"" in with reasonable pricing only to be gouged once a service plan was signed. We are locked into the plan for a year, but will not renew.

Needed a new bottom element in the electric hot water heater. Called Robinson Plumbing as that is who serviced it by the previous owners-the woman who answered the phone was very curt and it was a very strained conversation-she told me should could ""maybe"" get someone out that day. The conversation was so strained I asked her specifically why is this so difficult - Called Maitz as I used them for other services in the house. Phone call was answered by Mae who just seems to brighten your day with her phone voice and attitude! Sent someone out within a half hour! The service technician was very thorough and considerate to our needs. Not sure so much about the pricing as I couldn't ""shop around"", needed an immediate fix. Charged $362 to replace the bottom element.

Eric and Alex were awesome! They were very meticulous about their evaluation of our problem, talking with us, and evaluating our options about our worn out system.

They spent four hours with us total, and helped us tremendously! Funny, polite, and knowledgeable...

We really appreciate our service contract with Maitz and having this company as our go-to!
