Deborah S.Zero stars!! BEWARE!! This company is the absolute worst contractor I have ever dealt with in 35 years of home ownership! Once you sign the proposal, you never hear from them. Be prepared to hound them via phone to get them to even show up and do the work. But think it through. I learned the hard way. It would have been better to never have them do anything. Dealing with a damp basement I engaged them to do their ""pipe exploration"" to determine what work was needed. Since I hounded him to get it done, they finally showed 3 months later and demanded payment that day, then I never heard from them again!! I was told the owner would review the pictures and be in touch with a proposal for needed work - I NEVER heard from him! No findings report, no proposal of new work, not even a phone call!! Now, 4 months later, I have to start over with another firm! I asked for a refund, and they refused.
I did report them to the BBB and they completely lied in their response. The absolute worst - do not use this company!
