This was months ago and I am still amazed with the work that was provided. We bought a dishwasher and asked friends if they knew of a good plumber bc apparently you have to pay for installation nowadays. One of my best friends told me what he heard about Ron. I messaged him here and he responded right away and came out the day of with a quote. A few days later, he helped me with my dishwasher and did a fantastic job, a job he didn't really have to do but did it anyway no hesitation. A part of my dishwasher wasn't fitting and he actually did what he had to do to make it fit. Most companies or plumbers would have told me they can't do it and would walk right out the door. Not Ron. Ron made it happen. Hard worker, doesn't give up, and I recommend him as a plumber the next time you have a problem. Thanks Ron!

My furnace fan has developed a new hum so I searched online for a local furnace repair company and found this one. Ron arrived right on time and went right up to assess the furnace. After thoroughly inspecting my furnace, he let me know that everything looked really good and the hum is most likely just part of the aging of the furnace. He also checked the heating and ducts while he was at it. I really appreciated his expertise on the system and letting me know it all looked good. While he was here, I also had him check out a minor issue with a water pipe and he let me know the options there. I really appreciate his professionalism and that he works honestly with the homeowner instead of trying to sell extra work. I will definitely be calling Ron for any furnace or plumbing issues. I always want to hire a local person in Pacifica when I need any service, so when I needed a Plumber one Saturday, I looked up Yelp and found Maintech which was located nearby. The firm had very good reviews, so I decided to call Maintech. Ron answered and luckily for me, he did not have any appointments that morning. He came within 30-min. since he lives locally. He looked at the problem and gave me an estimate and worked on the plumbing problem. It took more work than estimated, but he did not charge me extra. I found Ron to be very professional and knowledgeable in his line of work. I would hire him again and recommend him to others.

I yelp-messaged Ron with a problem -- a leaking water main valve. He was exemplary with his yelp-messaging, swung by my house to look at it, and provided specific advice (and most importantly, re-assurance) on the problem and how I can easily fix it myself (without turning off the main valve). He was very generous with his time, advice, and communications. I'll plan on calling him first when I have a larger job.
