Ron gave me advice on how to handle the call to the manufacturer of my broken water heater and a few days later i had my part. Now if that actually breaks I'm in business! Upon arriving at my house he said that the issue was something else and that he could get it at the part store. 30 minutes later he was back installing the new thingy that made it work. I appreciate his honesty and feel his work was very well done and worth the price. Having him warranty his work also makes me feel great that I took the advice of my NextDoor neighbors and called Ron at Maintech. A new, happy customer!

Ron came and fixed my heater issue. Prior to contacting Ron, I already had a diagnosis of the problem conducted by another company. After researching the price of the parts, I know the price quoted by that other company doesn't make sense at all. After explaining the diagnosis to Ron, he was able to give me a reasonable price estimate on parts and labor via text while other companies were not able to provide one. One the day of fixing the issue, Ron took couple attempts. He was so responsible to make sure it is indeed fixed and was persistent in solving the issue. He is honest and responsive. I definitely recommend him and will use his service again when I need it.

We had a serious problem with our kitchen faucet and after thought we went with Ron and are we so glad!!!! We've lived here for over 50 yrs and since original owner of Rosenberg plumbing retired have not found a plumber we wanted to use again. Now that we have had dealing with Ron seems like we will use for any plumbing problems and after reading the reviews for heaters will add that to our list. Really personable , reasonable, responsive and will work out the problem no matter what. What else can you ask for??????

Ron is exemplary! Our heat had gone out during the cold snap, and we called the 'number' (NOT Maintech) listed on our HVAC unit. The first company that came out basically wanted us to pay for a sales call, and told us the unit needed to be replaced.

We found Maintech through Yelp and Ron came out the next day. He spent about 2-hours thoroughly troubleshooting all the issues, and got our heat working again.

His price was reasonable; he was responsive; he was professional; and he fixed it!

Could not recommend more highly, and will use him again if we ever have any issues or need periodic maintenance.

Ron did a great job repairing our heater and passing on knowledge to us for a future replacement heater without pressuring us to buy anything. He told us what to watch for when our heater may be going out and ensured the safety of our unit. Ron replaced only what was necessary and only charged us for the parts he used instead of the whole kit that had to be opened to repair the furnace. He was very friendly, responsive and helpful through the entire process. I highly recommend him for any furnace repair.
