If you live in Pacifica you may have wall heaters too. MAINTECH SERVICE in Pacifica is a great resource if the heater needs to be repaired, replaced or a thermostat needs to be installed or updated. Not only is the maintenance service excellent, the customer service is terrific too. I have called on Maintech Service multiple times. Each time they quickly scheduled the appointment, assessed the problem and then solved the problem at the same time. Compared to other service providers, their pricing is very reasonable and they have even worked with me to make a large unexpected project more affordable. I would highly recommend Maintech Service and I'm happy I have this resource nearby.

This guy is great! Outstanding knowledge of what he's doing, takes all the necessary steps to see that the job is completed to 100% of the clients satisfaction. We had a new wall heater installed, thought all we would need is just the new heater. Turned out the vent was blocked, so Ron needed to replace that before he would even start the heater replacement. Needed to go to his supplier for the new vent. Never complained, didn't hesitate on getting it done. Suggested a digital thermostat which is outstanding, for very little extra, great upgrade. Completed the job and was on his way. He left the area as he found it, clean and what a great job. Quality all the way around.

Ron was amazing. He came over for free on really short notice to look at my dishwasher that would not drain, even though he said he doesn't work on them. He gave me some great suggestions on how to solve the problem and prevent it in the future. And didn't charge me one red cent. Although we didn't do any actual business this time, since he gave me such great service AND is right in my neighborhood, he's at the top of my list to call next time I have plumbing needs.

December 20th was the coldest day of the year. There was frost on the beach. The air board called a no burn day and the gas furnace would not turn on. I called Maintech based on yelp reviews . Ron was booked but said he would fit us in. Ron showed up on time , located the problem, installed a new circuit board and checked out the entire system. I mentioned the yelp reviews and he gave us a discount. I would recommend Ron and the quality of his work. Also the price was reasonable.
