I'm so relieved I found Ron as he is now our go-to person for all plumbing/HVAC needs. He is a genuinely nice, reliable, professional, and honest person who offers very reasonably priced services. I always support local businesses like Ron's because there's usually little or no wait time and the prices are reasonable.

Ron responded to my HVAC inspection and maintenance request right away. He showed up on time. He followed safety and health protocols by wearing masks and disposable booties before entering our home.

He troubleshooted and fixed all our HVAC issues. He did a very thorough inspection of all our HVAC systems and cleaned all inspected areas afterwards.

Ron did a great job - he was quick and responsive. He fixed a couple of persistent leaks, and replaced our dripping kitchen faucet, both things that I had given up on fixing myself because of the difficulty of getting to them. It pays to get the expert. I recommend him, and will give him a call any time we need a plumber.

Ron is the real deal!

He was the only one of the vendors that I reached out to give me advice first to try before his visit. I tried to get him out several times and because he was sick he could not make the first appointment. While sick, he was very responsive on checking in with him daily until I could get on his busy schedule.

Finally, when I had him come out to visit my house, he prioritize me and even drove out of his way from Pacifica to Oakland to San Mateo early in the morning (during a death in the family - wow)!! We ended up being ghosted by my Tenants and could not get into my house. He still not only gave me very good advice on the furnace but he gave me advice on how to handle my Tenants who locked me out!!! What great above and beyond service.

Now compare this service with CP Mechanical who was hired by my Tenants who said that I need a whole new HVAC system which first needed rodent droppings and asbestos abatement first. That would be $15K!

Turns out his original advise over Yelp would have worked if my Tenants would have let me in to try to change the furnace speed.

Ron's great service saved me $$$$!!

If I could give him 10 stars it still wouldn't be enough!!

This was months ago and I am still amazed with the work that was provided. We bought a dishwasher and asked friends if they knew of a good plumber bc apparently you have to pay for installation nowadays. One of my best friends told me what he heard about Ron. I messaged him here and he responded right away and came out the day of with a quote. A few days later, he helped me with my dishwasher and did a fantastic job, a job he didn't really have to do but did it anyway no hesitation. A part of my dishwasher wasn't fitting and he actually did what he had to do to make it fit. Most companies or plumbers would have told me they can't do it and would walk right out the door. Not Ron. Ron made it happen. Hard worker, doesn't give up, and I recommend him as a plumber the next time you have a problem. Thanks Ron!
