Ron and Kenton came out and gave us an estimate on repairing our heater ducts in our attic crawl space and the return ducts under our house. We accepted the estimate and Ron said he would order the parts he needed and schedule a day that wasn't raining. This was, of course, during our period of an atmospheric river, one storm after another. But, they scheduled a visit on Friday, the very first sunny day, and completed the upper duct work that same day. Kenton came by the following Monday and quickly finished strapping up the return ducts in the below-floor crawl space.

My wife and are so pleased with Ron's and Kenton's quality of work and are so happy to have proper heating again.

Ron and his team put in a Bryant furnace for me last month. It was tough getting any good brand furnace the last two years because of the supply shortage. Ron kept me in mind and called me as soon as it was available. I needed a furnace that can serve my size house. He suggested a variable speed furnace over a single stage. The installation process was efficient, clean, and everything is working great. Ron and his team is a savior. Lucky he's in our area.

I watched their work first hand. Ron also provided advice and consultation on what to look for with our heating and plumbing at no extra charge. I ended up hiring them again to install a new garage deposal (we didn't have one before, so it required some extra work), and they went above and beyond to get it installed that day (including getting a new switch for us, when mine wasn't working). Would highly recommend this business for any HVAC needs you might have! I haven't had a chance to use their plumbing services yet but I'm sure they're equally as proficient and enjoyable to work with in this arena.

I had recently moved into my new home and was unsure of when the last time my heater had been serviced. As we're going into the cold season, I wanted to make sure everything was spic and span and ready to go so we wouldn't experience any issues at a time when we needed the heater the most. Also, safety is of upmost importance so I wanted to make sure that our heater was up to all compliance standards.

After messaging this business on Yelp, Ron got back to me quickly with some available times he was free to come and take care of my service. On the day of, he showed up with his grandson (I love that this is a family business!) The two of them immediately got to work with checking out my heater and were extremely knowledgeable in what they were doing and looking for. Luckily, it looks like my heater is still relatively new and is a good model and to save me money, Ron let me know that going forward, I really only needed to get it serviced every 2 years instead of every 1. They also found that there were two filters in my heater and I only needed one. Since they didn't have the filter I needed with them, they offered to drive to the nearest Home Depot to purchase one for me. They didn't even think twice about going out of their way to do this, which was a very nice gesture. I ended up just telling them I would purchase one myself on Amazon and they showed me how I could install it (super easy).

On top of the excellent service, they were also good conversationalists. I was very happy that I found Maintech on Yelp!

This is the 2nd time I've used Maintech and they deliver every time. My water heater wouldn't hold a pilot light consistently and Ron determined it was time for a change. Instead of trying to upsell me something I didn't need (tankless), he offered reliability and practicality.
