Having worked in plumbing companies with unreliable practices, I felt it was time for a change and a new standard in the plumbing industry. I purchased the best scientific equipment available, establishing a National Training Program to elevate my team from untrained ""Scopers"" to skilled Plumbing Inspectors with a solid understanding of construction and hydronics. Mainline Services was created to educate individuals in the plumbing field with transparent pricing and provide high-quality service at one competitive price. We serve Residential, Commercial, Warehouse, and Military establishments. We conduct inspections on pipeline construction in sewer lines, septic systems, vacuum lines, bridges, and fiber optic/power line conduits. We establish a new benchmark in service at a reasonable price with transparency. Our team of inspectors is here to assist you in making the most significant decision of your life. My name does not appear on any card or flyer, and the inspector who arrives could be myself or another dedicated professional representing our exacting standards. Tom was great and knowledgeable. Apparently the Sellers had plumbing issues the morning of my sewer scoping which was scheduled that morning. They supposedly paid someone else $250 to do the scoping and have it cleared out. Mainline charged $99 for the sewer scoping and long be hold they found roots and baby wipes in the pipes. They are definitely trustworthy.

Summary:
I have not come across a company that is as honest as this one. I highly recommend them!

Details:
We had a backup in our sewer line that caused damage to our finished basement. We called a widely used company here in Denver that came out to do a sewer line scope and gave us a quote of $30k to replace the line. That's not a typo. Apparently, our line was longer than the typical line, and the line had roots and was in bad shape according to the plumber, and the line needed replacement. When we asked the company for the DVD of the scope work (which was included in price paid), they refused to provide it. This told me that they simply didn't want any evidence that would go against their obscene quote.

After many tears shed, we decided to call a second company for an independent assessment of our sewer line-meaning a company that does not do repairs. After reading reviews, we decided on Mainline Services. Dewayne came out to see us and it was apparent from the beginning that he was about as knowledgeable as it gets. On top of that, he was very polite and friendly. We scoped the entire line, and we viewed the video together on a much bigger screen. We found NO major issues. The only thing we'll need is a cleaning to clear out some roots. That's it! Every question we had was answered in depth. We paid $99 for the scope, and what we received in return was exceptional service and a relief that I can't put into words. Thanks Dewayne!

I highly recommend Mainline Services to anyone needing a mainline scope or 2nd opinion of the state of their underground plumbing. I had my main line back up a few nights ago. Water seeped into finished areas and ruined some carpet and boxes in storage. It was around 9pm at night when we noticed so when we called the next morning we took whomever could get to us earliest. What a mistake. If only I knew at that time about Mainline Services, I would have saved money and slept better. The first company came out and after running water for 10 minutes and no backup we concluded that the most likely culprit were some wipes that were flushed the night before as we have a child potty training. Note to anyone, those advertised ""flushable"" wipes are not disposable. We went ahead and snaked the line to be sure and he had trouble getting it through, so we called in a scope. After the scope, they tried to tell me that I needed to irrigate to jet out the build up to the tune of $5800, which later was bargained down to an even 4k. Um, no. So we called in Mainline for a 2nd opinion. Robert showed up promptly for the appointment and walked me thru a lot of the video scope and advised that if there had been anything with an issue, it was gone and needed nothing except routine cleaning/maintenance. His detail and explanations made me feel confident that he knew what he was talking about and that he wasn't trying to sell me on something. 5 stars to Robert and to Mainline for having genuine and knowledgable teammates! Not only did your assurance save me $4000 but I can sleep better at night knowing I don't have to worry about sewage seeping back up into my house.

We have used Mainline on multiple properties. The most recent was our property on Osceola.

Mainline did the initial sewer scope before we bought the peoperty, there was one low spot they recommended fixing. We did fix.

During the sale of the house, the new buyers did another scope, they found cast iron debris in the line.

Our contractor tried to tell us it was plaster. Which we knew it was not. The contractor had his plumber come and try to rooter the drain. He assured us he got it all out. When we asked Mainline to re-scope it for us, they found the debris still in the drain.
Because we are such good customers, Tommy tried several things to get the debris out of the line. Tommy spent allot more time on the drain, went over and above what I thought he would.
Mainline is a great company to work with and saved us Thousands of dollars on repairs.

I would highly recommend Tommy and mainline for all your sewer and drain needs.

Great work by Matt. He was thorough, knowledgble, attentive, and very reasonable. He located and scoped an older property I just purchased. He even came to my home after and shared his expertise with me. Good to see in an industry beset by all manner of huckster, Matt and mainline are doing things the right way. Definitely a breath of fresh air in this wild west world of sewers!

I highly recommend Mainline Services. I had a sewer scope done at a property that we were buying. We found a $3500 issue (on a fairly new home) that we were able to get resolved before making the purchase. Mainline recommended the exact fix and verification steps to ensure the job was done right by a contractor of the sellers choice. The communication and follow up was excellent. They scheduled around the necessary contractors and verified that the fix was made correctly. I sincerely appreciate their work, and I am thankful that my home inspector recommended that we have the scope done in the first place.

I've been using Mainline for about 3 years for all of my clients sewer scope needs. All of the technicians are great and very well trained. Since they don't repairs, they have no need to make sewer problems seem like a bigger deal than they actually are (a number of companies seem to ALWAYS recommend replacement). Very reliable and show up in the appointment windows as well.

Yesterday, a guy from ARS cleared my sewer line and told me it needed to be replaced and they would do it for $15,000 minus my senior discount, which made it $13,223. I called Mainline Services and John did an inspection today for $99. He assured me that there was nothing wrong with the line, except it needs cleaning which should have been done by ARS. So after an evening of stewing over a huge expense, it was great to be rescued by Mainline Services. John was friendly, professional, and efficient. Thanks.

We had an amazing experience with Mainline Services. They saved my in-laws from doing thousands of dollars of unnecessary work that was being recommended by another company called Rooter Town. I am posting a separate review for them, but strongly suggest avoiding them. The short version of the story is that Rooter Town came out to unclog a backup. After doing that they told my in-laws they needed to replace the first 10' or so of pipe near their house. They dug a giant trench and replaced the first section of pipes. Afterwards, they kept finding new problems and pressuring my in-laws to do more and more work, up to and including replacement of their entire sewer line. They claimed that a breakage in the line and/or more clogs were practically a certainty in the near future. As the work and costs kept increasing, we called Mainline for a second opinion. Mainline was able to come out within hours of speaking to them on the phone. Their inspector, Matt, was very polite and got to work right away. He sent a camera through the entire sewer line and showed us the screen that he was looking at. He explained everything that he saw along the way and even provided a DVD of the entire finished inspection. Matt was professional, friendly, and answered all of our questions. He disagreed with all of Rooter Towns assessments and told us we should not worry about breaking the lines or clogs in the future as long as there were standard preventative cleanings done. Matt also found that they had not correctly leveled the pipes that they had replaced and it was already starting to back up with water. We were able to get that fixed, but declined any further work with Rooter Town. We highly recommend Mainline Services to anyone that needs (or in our case doesn't need) work on their sewer line.
