Made a call to Mainline Plumbing on 05-09-25. I expressed my concerns. The gentleman told me someone would be out in 45 minutes that day. Jake from Mainline arrived scoped out our problem from the sump pump was outside. The line outside was clogged from tree roots and debris, causing the water to backup in the basement. Thank you sooo much Jake all I could think of was how much this was going to cost me. Jake was patient, sought out the problem, and solved it. Jake you were Awesome, can't thank you enough. So when you call for service, ask for Jake!

I do not recommend mainline plumbing
The plumber that was sent out had very little knowledge on how to fix my sump pump line
It's not draining to lake. He snaked it 100 yards and it came out clean. He called his boss and proceeded to tell me there was nothing else that could be done until everything thaws. He said for $299 we can use a camera and come back next week
I called my neighbor who came over and told him that he needed to move the drainage pipe to redirect water to back yard.
His response was I'm going to have to charge you
My neighbor provided the elbow reducer and glue. ( the plumber glue was dried out) It took the plumber literally 10 minutes to do what my neighbor suggested and charged me an additional $65 for this when my neighbor told him what to do. If it wasn't for my neighbors recent hip replacement he would have done himself! Total cost $250
The only reason I used them is that they came out April 2022 and did similar work and I thought there would be some sort of warranty
That job cost $695
I'm a single woman and was totally taken advantage of . Thank god now the water is being redirected to yard and not stagnant recycling over and over by the house ( pictured)

I called with concerns with the sound of my toilet when I flushed it. Plumber comes out and tells me there are no issues. Then when I go use the toilet later that night it won't flush. I called their office and a few days later a different plumber comes out and says the handle is broken then tells me that the parts inside the tank need to be replaced which he said would be $195. Yet a few days prior the other plumber said there was no issues. I no longer trust this company and would never recommend anyone to them. Then had the audacity to want to charge $95 to replace my broken handle that was not broken prior their people coming to my home. They lack customer service.

Mainline is our go to for any plumbing issues. Reasonably priced, honest, good work, always quick to respond/get to your home. Every tech we've had come out to our home has been great. Highly recommend!

he stated to estimate the cost and to repair that would require another visit and extra charged

Mainline does a great job. I've been using them for a long time. Their customer service people are so courteous and always there on time. Let's face it, all plumbers, including Mainline are pricy, but you get what you pay for. Everything they have fixed at my house was done properly and I never had to have them come back. They do excellent work. Nice people too, which always helps.

Mainline plumbing is my go to contractor for all plumbing jobs. I've used them in the past and they are always responsive and fairly priced. This time they installed a back up sump pump. Excellent work.

Last week made an appointment for a garbage disposal replacement on Monday. Waited through the 4hour timeline of 12-4 pm. No show, and no call. Called to see if they were perhaps running late, and got a voicemail that they would call back on the next day (Tuesday). No call. No explanation. No ability to be trusted. DO NOT USE!!!!!!!
