I'm am so pleased with the services I got from this company , our main line was completely clogged and water was backing up from all my other drains , what a mess !!
It's so hard to just trust anyone who would give you an honest diagnosis and workmanship .
I called Mainline plumbing and rooter based on all the reviews and was not disappointed.
Ranelle answered the call in person, totally understood the situation and said NO WORRIES we'll be there .
They showed up as promised , had all the professional tools of the trade and really knowledgable at a very reasonable rate . I will certainly use this company again . Thank you Ranelle and your nice crew for all your hard work .

It was Monday night and after a busy weekend and hectic start to the week I wanted a nice hot bath. I drew a bath, lit some candles, grabbed a book and was ready for some R&R.

I got in the bath and just before it was full turned off the water... or at least I tried to. I turned the knob off but water continued to pour out of the socket. My relaxing bath soon turned very stressful.

I called the plumbers I know but they were unavailable so I turned to Yelp. This company was probably my 5th call but they answered the phone at 8pm on a Monday evening and agreed to come first thing the next morning.

The men that arrived were very professional. It was difficult because at first we could not find the access but they were diligent and eventually found it. It turns out a pipe needed replaced and they needed to order it.

They were easy to communicate with via text and phone. The job was able to be completed in three days. Prices were very fair. Then men were very clean, which I really appreciated.

I'd definitely use them again and strongly recommend them!

Unfortunately we had to a main line blockage (roots) on the Sunday we returned from vacation. It was a real bummer until Mainline showed up. Caesar brought the camera and the snake and even managed to pinpoint where the roots were invading the pipe. (I'm looking at YOU my little primrose bush.)

Since it was a Sunday I was concerned we would have to wait, but he jumped in the truck and was at my door in twenty minutes.

Would use again and recommend to friends.

I have used a lot of plumbers over the years for my home, my business and my rental property. I have never been able to find one who was CONSISTENTLY good, reliable, clean,and HONEST!!!!! My first call to Ranelle was an emergency broken pipe in my front yard. Within a short time, her men arrived. They had to dig up part of my garden. They were so careful with my landscaping. They tied back some branches that were in the way as to not to break them and tread carefully on the groundscape. ( Every other plumber that had worked in my yard had trampled on my plants and broke branches, leaves, etc. and left dirt and mud everywhere). They detected the problem, shut off the water, left to get parts, returned, repaired the pipe, put my garden back in order, turned the water back on!. They cleaned up all the dirt and mud and did not even break one leaf !! She billed me without knowing me.

The next time, I had a leak in the shower of my rental unit the day my new tenants moved in!. Of course my first call was to Ranelle. She was so honest with me suggesting that I call the plumbing company for the HOA so there would be no conflict. Reluctantly I did. They came out and gave me a very expensive quote saying that they had to beak the huge mirror in the bathroom to get to the wall to open it up to change the stems. Of course they do not repair the wall or replace the mirror. So add on that $$$. I called Ranelle to report their findings and checked with the HOA. Within a couple days her men came out DID NOT have to break the mirror OR open the wall. It was fixed within a few hours for less than half of what they were going to charge me PLUS no contractor needed!! A happy tenant.

Needless to say, I have found my plumber for life. As a single woman, I always feel at the mercy of contractors, mechanics, etc. Not with Mainline Plumbing. Thanx Ranelle.

Prompt, professional and treated my home as if it were their own - wearing booties and being as efficient as possible. They went above and beyond on three different projects that needed emergency attention (toilet and faucets in kitchen and bathroom). Nice to know you can count on someone coming into your home without fear of getting scammed or corners being cut!

I really wanted to give them 5 stars because of all the great reviews. Here are the pros-

I was able to get them out the same day
Ranelle was very nice and assured me they would help me out
When they arrived they put on booties before coming inside
They were quick and efficient

Now for why I couldn't give them 5 stars. I contacted them on Thursday night through the Yelp online quote. Ranelle got back to me right away. I told her I had a stopped up toilet and asked if they could come out Friday morning. She said they probably could come out in the AM.

Then I didn't hear back. Friday morning I called to see if they could come out and she said she had to check because the guys were working in her attic and she had guests coming and she'd call me back in a few minutes...

When almost an hour had passed, I called her back. She said she would send them out. The next I heard was that they couldn't find parking and was asked if I would let them into my underground parking. I agreed.

The next I heard was that their van wouldn't fit. I asked if they had another vehicle that wasn't as high and they didn't.

All this was going on while I was trying to time everything with a visit from an exterminator!

I called again after 1:00 and said the parking should be OK (the issue was the no parking between 10 & 12). She told me they were busy and would get to me later in the day. In a couple hours she told me they would be there between 4 & 4:30.

They did show up in that time frame and all went smoothly from there.

Here's my issue. If they had come out first thing in the morning as I'd requested, the parking wouldn't have been an issue and I wouldn't have spent the whole afternoon waiting.

I understand that we can't always get someone to come out at a time that is convenient for us, but as a first time customer I was disappointed that I felt like I was left dangling. If I'd been told right away that they didn't have anyone to send out first thing in the AM, I might have called someone else or I could've planned my day accordingly. At least I would've been impressed with the honestly.

Also, when you say you'll call back in a few minutes, you should call back in a few minutes. Maybe that's old school of me...

I originally reached out to have some sprinkler pipes removed but then my mainline backed up! Ranelle arranged for them to come out right away, take care of the problem. They looked at the sprinklers and were able to come the next day to fix that too! I was very happy with the ease of getting everything taken care of.

I never like giving a perfect score but this company deserved it. I am not saying they acted perfectly but they provided beyond excellent service.

When I first called this company, I had it in my mind that I wanted to replace the pipe because there were roots (about 6 feet long) in my pipe. I had just bought this house and I didn't want to have to maintain the pipes by rooting it out regularly. I got quotes of thousands of dollars and up from a bunch of other plumbers.

Ranelle convinced me to just hydrojet after installing a clean-out. So I followed her advice. I definitely don't mind saving money. She also gave me a fantastic estimate for installation of the clean out and hydro jet. I also verified that the company was licensed, bonded, insured. She even sent me proof of their CGL policy. Her estimate was the least expensive out of all the contractors I called. I called about 5 contractors.

Three vans showed up at the house. They were so efficient and clean with the job. Ranelle even ordered the permit for me because I am a by-the-books kind of person.

The clean out they installed looked great. They showed me what the sewer looked like before the hydrojet and what it looked like after. I have clay pipe and it looked so good after. They said that no repairs were necessary. The roots had gotten in through a joint in the pipes but didn't damage the pipes.

Thank this company for saving me thousands of dollars. Ranelle suggested I buy Root X and use it every 6 months and hydrojet every few years for maintenance.

I forgot to mention how quickly Ranelle set up the appointment. I called on Tuesday and the project was done on Friday. Pretty amazing turn-around. And she didn't ask for payment immediately after. She mailed me an invoice and trusted that I would pay it. Of course I will. :)

I have used this business on three occasions, all urgent jobs, and have been extremely happy with their service. On each occasion they got back to me immediately, even though it was after hours, and had someone at my house within an hour. They are friendly, professional and very easy to deal with and have gone out of their way to fit me in to their busy schedule. They will be the first plumbers I call from now on.

Mainline Plumbing is absolutely the best! I won't use anyone else. Ranelle tries to arrange to get somebody out as soon as possible to take care of any plumbing issue--big or small. Today they came within 20 minutes of my call and were finished with the job within the hour. They are all friendly, efficient, honest and expedient.
