I've hired Mainline a few times over the last 10 years and they've always been very upfront and honest. I moved into my current house in 2013 and right away the water heater failed. I found Mainline and they came out. My water heater was nasty looking and old so they recommended replacing which is made sense so we went forward with that.

Now in 2022, that hot water heater from 2013 started to have issues. The pilot light was weak and it kept going out. I called Mainline and Ranelle laid out options for me. There was a repair kid that would replace the timer and pilot light which would be 1/4 the cost of a new & installed water heater. The current water heater was probably on its last leg so spending some more to get a new system is what I chose.

They were able to fit me in on the same day I called them back to tell them I was ready. A couple of hours later I had hot water again! I will be calling and hiring Mainline again without any hesitation. Highly recommend.

We had a gas leak and the Gas Company came and red tagged our meter and shut the heat off. I called around and couldn't get anyone and then reached Mainline who were very helpful, receptive, and knowledgable.

They shifted some things around and got me on their schedule early the following morning. The husband and wife owners kept me up to date, informed me on the nature of the leak, and gave me the info on how to re establish heat and I was only inconvenienced for less than 48 hours before the heat was restored. I thought I had a gas leak and contacted Mainline via the Yelp app and Ranelle responded promptly and was able to get her guys out to my house within an hour to check it out. Broken pipe from our house was emptying straight onto the hillside. The Mainline crew came out on schedule and dug up and replaced 22 feet of pipe in around 4 hours. Quick response, efficient and effective communication. Seems a first class operation, and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We had a less than 4 year old Rheem water heater where the pilot light would go out every few days. Had another plumber come by and checked it out and said Rheem is a terrible brand and quoted me some astronomical number to get it replaced because of how covid is disrupting the global supply chain. I thought we could live with having to reignite the pilot light every few days.

Fast forward a couple of weeks later and the pilot light now just doesn't even stay on for more than a few minutes. Worried that we won't be able to take a hot shower, we decided to just bite the bullet and get it replaced but wanted to get a second quote and thank god we did. We called Mainline Plumbing & Rooter Sunday afternoon and spoke to Ranelle. She quoted us over the phone and it was more than half off what the first plumber quoted us and she said that she can have her team come out first thing the next day at 9am.

Monday at 8:55am they were there and by 10am they were done. Quick and easy and now we have consistent hot water. They did an amazing job! They are 100% my go to for plumbing needs.

This company is the best plumbers I have ever worked with. The technicians are highly skilled and committed to doing a truly great job, and their office manager, Renelle, is incredibly sweet and always responsive! We initially hired them to help with a fire pit issue, when we first moved into our home as first time home-owners. Coordinating with Renelle was such a positive experience that we hired them again for a water pressure:temperature issue and they helped out with our garbage disposal while they were there. We have now had them help us with countless other little jobs, and today they installed a new water heater making sure to address all the labor intensive surrounding issues to ensure that the job was done right. They're price was the best quote we got and their service is aways exceptional. Love this company!

Evidently Mainline did call me back quickly but for some reason it didn't show up on my phone at the time. So I would strongly recommend Mainline for plumbing projects and will call them next time.
