We had a small issue John Came to the store and helped us out. He was very knowledgeable and understanding. As we explained the issue, he right away knew what the problem was and resolved it quickly and in timely manner. I would highly recommend if you needed any plumbing work done call Mainline. They were the best value for the money we spent and was worth having them to help us out.

Our radon filter stopped working. They came out right away and didn't charge any extra for coming so quickly. John and Frankie diagnosed the problem and we ordered the part. They even offered some advice on our water and the best way to treat it! We will absolutely be using them again!

We had no water in our house today and called Mainline Plumbing and well pumps. Spoke to John Faith @ 8am to arrange an appointment to ""troubleshoot"" our issue. He promised to be at our house within a couple of hours and was there in 1 hour! After a couple minutes inside our house at the well tank and then,outside at the pump, John determined our pump needed to be replaced. He explained our options and said he could have us"" up and running soon"". Great job to have us back in business and we were glad to give John and Mainline a glowing review.

The day before Thanksgiving our basement flooded. After calling Servpro the next call I made was to Mainline Plumbing . John from Mainline Plumbing arrived at our home within 30min to help get our situation under control. John was knowledgeable, informative, and supportive. He also returned the day after Thanksgiving to finish the job. I can't thank Mainline Plumbing and John for their prompt quality customer service.

Rick emailed me the night before our appointment stating the price of parts. I asked why one part was priced so high. He emails back at 6am, the morning of the appointment, that we scheduled 2 weeks before, and cancels. Cancels a job with an email 3 hours before the scheduled appointment because I questioned a price of a part. I didn't say I wouldn't pay it, just asked a question. I had already taken the day off from work. Unbelievable and unacceptable. Would never recommend to anyone.

I think so highly of this locally owned company. I remember growing up in Londonderry, NH and seeing their banner hang at the LAFA Complex. Thanksgiving weekend our well pump went I called Mainline who was not even open and they showed up the next morning at 8:00 AM and were done in less than 2 hours. With a full house of 3 kids, my wife and I no water is a real issue. Mainline and their employees took care of our problem on a Sunday! I highly recommend their services to anyone looking. The personal touch was unquestionable. The price was fair and reasonable. I undoubtedly would hire them again.

Mainline was quick to come out however misdiagnosed the problem - saying we had frozen pipes when it was a bad well pump. They ignored facts that gave significant doubt to freezing pipes - such as water that stopped running during a shower and a pump test that indicated it was working way too hard. Due to this, it cost us hundreds of dollars in trying to thaw pipes that were not frozen (including cutting into our finished drywall) and we were without water for 3 days. Another company came out, properly diagnosed and replaced the well pump in the single digit temperature. At the time many households had frozen pipes and it shouldn't have been assumed we had the same problem just because it was so cold.

After several months of their work and buying new expensive parts, they still did not fix our situation. They finally refunded our money saying they tried their best. We then called another company who showed up same day and fixed it very quickly at half the price. Do not call Mainline as they are either inexperienced, incapable, or both.
