I hired Mainline to rebuild a sewer on a home purchase. The existing sewer was very old and we run into some unforeseen problems that Mainline was able to resolve per their experience and innovative thinking. I would highly recommend Jesse's plumbing to anyone.

My water heater was leaking. I called Jesse at about 10am, he was able to come out and see my heater at 2pm on the same day. Gave me a reasonable quote for new 40 gallon water heater, installation, and stand. My stand was corroded and the heater was about to fall through it. The next morning at 8:30am his team came out and did everything in the quote and was done by 10:30am. Also, installed a new gas shut off switch, mine was not closing all the way. Before they left they walked me through how to light the pilot, gas and water shut off, and answered all my questions.

I would definitely hire Jesse's plumbing again! Thank you for your speedy response, helpfulness, and professionalism.

I have used Jess's Plumbing for any years ave ad excellent service. I had a new stove delivered and they would not hook it up as they said the gas valve was too old. I called Jesse's Plumbing and they came out on Sunday morning and installed a new valve and gas line at a very reasonable cost($60.00) on Sunday with no up charged. Also they have replaced my water heater and a gas shut off valve. I have nothing but great to say about them.

Although I had a scheduled appointment with Jesse Sr. (owner) he was a ""no show"" and bailed on my free walk through appointment to take on some paid ""emergency"" water heater job. He made no attempt to alert me that he was skipping our appointment and only offered to meet me 3 hours later when he finished his current job or for me to leave a key so he can assess the problem when he was available. I asked him if he would honor a make-up appointment on a Saturday so I could avoid taking more time off of work but he gave me some lame story that not even cable guys or electrical crews can guarantee more than a 5 hour window.

Jesse's son previously snaked our drains and did a great job but Jesse Sr. (owner) is totally not professional and showed no care to honor his word. I had planned to do some major work but he seems to prioritize other customers.
