I woke up to a leaking hot water heater that had left my garage floor flooded. The receptionist at Mainline Plumbing was able to connect me with a knowledgeable person who was able to answer all of my questions and scheduled a plumber to come out the next morning. Joey and Miguel showed up within the scheduled time, wearing masks, and proceeded to fix my problem. They drained and hauled away my 45-year-old rusting piece of junk and installed a shiny new high quality water heater. Joey was thoughtful enough to also replace the shutoff valve and thoroughly clean out the fresh air vents at no extra charge. It can be hard to find trustworthy and hardworking tradespeople sometimes, but I am extremely confident in my choice and plan to call Mainline Plumbing Inc. for all my future plumbing needs.

I had a clogged kitchen sink that I tried everything under the sun to fix myself and even purchased a snake to try and clear the clog. I urgently needed a plumber and contacted Mainline Plumbing. Tara was very helpful and got me an appointment the very next day. Carmelo and Devon showed up 30 minutes early which was GREAT for me! They wore face masks and were very polite. They both cleared the pipes in only a few minutes and even offered to clean their footprints off off my kitchen floor! I had already made a huge mess with water under the sink and needed to clean, but that was very kind of Carmelo to offer. Devon even explained what they were doing after I began asking questions, but only because I like to learn and am a first time homeowner and Devon seemed happy to educate me and did not appear to be irritated at all. Everything was quick and went smooth! I will call Mainline Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs. Any home repair or unexpected services needed can be expensive and unpleasant to begin with, but Mainline Plumbing made this a great experience and I was happy to have my kitchen sink back!

What a great company! I highly recommend Mainline Plumbing. Unbelievably fast service. Was given a time frame and texted when Joey was on his way. Joey was done with my request, and helped me with a spinning shower faucet in no time.

We had a well-worn Moen shower valve that wouldn't turn on. We called Mainline Friday and scheduled a Monday a.m. appointment. Tony showed up, on time and ready to tackle our shower problem. Somehow he was able to turn on the valve!!! His first thought was to remove the valve and oil it, thinking it could be salvaged. After inspecting the corroded guts of the valve, we agreed it did need to be replaced. How great it that! We so appreciate a team that tries to find the most economical approach to a situation.
We also have a septic tank problem so we asked Mainline ahead of time to bring a camera to check out the line. Tony brought the camera but after learning that we didn't have an exact location of the tank, the camera wouldn't give us the information about the health of our septic system. This is another example where Tony could have charged us with running the camera down the line, not locating the issue and charging us anyway. We would not have been the wiser.
I'm telling you, an honest plumber is a gem! Mainline is our go-to for any plumbing problem...big or small.

From a COVID-19 perspective, Tony wore a mask and gloves during the service call. He's super professional too!

Great company! Excellent service! Had a leaky shower head. Reached out to 5 different places. Mainline was the 1st to call me. They had someone out in less than 2 hours. Joey showed up - super professional. Great attitude! Even dealt with all my animals running around him - including my 160 pound dog! Plus, during these Covid days, he even followed all the protocols with wearing the mask and all. Mainline is now my choice for any plumbing issues.
