I had a problem with my hot water heater tank. I called Mainline and Trey came out to diagnose it within 2 hours that same day. My interaction with him was mainly done through telephone contact but he was polite and professional the entire time. He provided detailed diagnoses and recommendations. He even went as far as provide recommendations on how I can save more money. He answered all my questions promptly and he was very knowledgeable. I ended up taking his advice and got a new water heater tank. He was able to install it in less than 2 hours the same day. He was very efficient. Overall, my experience with Trey and his company was terrific, even at a time where financially it was not so great. Highly recommended and will use again.

Our whole house plumbing was backed up, since we had a home warranty the insurance contacted plumbing company , I was contacted by Mainland Plumbing that they would be out. They were even early (yeah!) Joey was our technician ..he explained everything to me so understood what the problem could be. He quickly got the clog resolved. He was so pleasant and easy to talk to, I felt trust as soon as I met him. I hope we don't have any issues in the future but if we do I will call Mainland Plumbing.

I contacted this company as they were listed on the manufacturer's web link. I had a replacement water heater installed, which proved to be more efficient than the unit replaced. Technician was very good and polite. Took time to help me replace worn sheet of MDF board. Very patient employee with excellent people and work skills. I had a main pipe water leak caused by major tree roots at my house. Jaime was incredibly knowledgeable, dedicated and resourceful as he efficiently and accurately diagnosed the problem and then worked tirelessly to repair the leak. We ultimately needed to engage city resources due to the severity of the problem and Jaime handled the onsite coordination of the logistics and ultimately completed the repair.
