Doesn't matter now, we found someone and got our broken pipe and water leaked fixed

We had a leak in our wall. Called and was told how much it would cost for them to come out and cut open the wall to find out the problem and go from there. Great. Had them come out and they opened our wall and discovered the problem fairly easily. Told us what it would cost. My Husband then confirmed that the price would include replacing our dry wall. We were then told NO they do not do dry wall. I would have appreciated knowing this information initially when I called and was told they would be cutting into our wall. So now our pipe is fixed but we have a massive hole in the wall until my Husband can get help fixing it....

Tony came out and did an above and beyond job. I've worked for a plumbing company that made me sketchy about all plumbing companies but based on their reviews, I gave them a call but got their voicemail. I left them a message and my call was returned within half an hour. I was lucky that I was able to have a technician come out today because I had a broken shower knob. Not only was Tony knowledgeable in all things plumbing, but he was kind enough to teach me as he was working and was able to answer all my why's. They quoted me a good price and this company is sincere and gets to the point without trying to charge one for more than is needed. It is not hard to miss, just based off Tony's amazing customer service, that this company cares about it's customers and sees us as people instead of dollar signs. Tony resolved our issue in a timely manner and left the knob working better than before and did not charge us an arm and a leg for it. I will only use Mainline for my plumbing needs! Thanks guys!

I had a problem with my hot water heater tank. I called Mainline and Trey came out to diagnose it within 2 hours that same day. My interaction with him was mainly done through telephone contact but he was polite and professional the entire time. He provided detailed diagnoses and recommendations. He even went as far as provide recommendations on how I can save more money. He answered all my questions promptly and he was very knowledgeable. I ended up taking his advice and got a new water heater tank. He was able to install it in less than 2 hours the same day. He was very efficient. Overall, my experience with Trey and his company was terrific, even at a time where financially it was not so great. Highly recommended and will use again.

Miguel came and gave us a quote to install a new tankless water heater. It was nothing but good from beginning to end. Very courteous and professional and very friendly. Our whole house plumbing was backed up, since we had a home warranty the insurance contacted plumbing company , I was contacted by Mainland Plumbing that they would be out. They were even early (yeah!) Joey was our technician ..he explained everything to me so understood what the problem could be. He quickly got the clog resolved. He was so pleasant and easy to talk to, I felt trust as soon as I met him. I hope we don't have any issues in the future but if we do I will call Mainland Plumbing.
