Rick supposed to repair my faucet through a contract he has with Sears home warranty. He came out, looked at it, told me I had to order my own parts before he could do the repair.

When I texted him later to get some details on the parts I needed to order, he completely blew me off. Two days before Thanksgiving, water leaking all over the place.

We never heard a word. We ended up buying our own faucet and installing it ourselves. DO NOT count on this guy!

I needed to replace my tankless hot water heater. I got quotes from two other places and also from Mainline. The two other places provided quotes that were comparable to each other, but almost $2k more than Mainline. Based on the price and how accessible Rick was, I decided to go with Mainline. The tankless hot water heater replacement went smoothly and they finished in under three hours. We've had consistent hot water with no issues for about a week, so I'd say the install was great.

There was a very small leak that formed in one of the pipe connections within the entire tankless and radiant heating system, but not close to the tankless water heater. I'm pretty sure the leak wasn't the direct fault of the tankless replacement. In any case, I scheduled for Rick to come back out and take a look. Rick immediately identified the issue and fixed it by tightening the connections. He was understanding and didn't charge me for this even though I made him drive all the way out to my place just to tighten a connection. Thanks Rick!

We had a scheduled appointment last week with Mainline. They did not show up or call to reschedule. They don't answer their phone and have never returned our phone calls and messages since. Very unprofessional. We're moving on to another business.

Searched the internet and found Mainline Plumbing in my local area. Rick and his dad were awesome from start to finish. He quoted a super reasonable rate to remove our old water heater from upstairs. Reroute the plumbing downstairs to where the new water heater was to be installed, he switched us over from electric to gas and ran intake and exhaust vents through the roof, all in a day. I was thoroughly impressed at the quality of work and price provided by Mainline Plumbing. I don't write reviews much but this company was worthy of the time since it's hard to find a quality plumber. Call Rick you won't regret it.

As a tenant, normally when I place a service call to the property management company, I tend to wind up with the bottom of the barrel service. Absolutely the opposite with Mainline Plumbing. Mike and his dad were friendly, communicative and efficient. They even made me laugh with a frustrating situation! I've already given their name out to two people in the last 24 hours and will assuredly use them myself when I become a home owner. Thanks so much guys!!

Best plumber ever!!. Rick was quick to return my message and arranged an appointment. He arrived on time and quickly fixed the problem with my water heater. His charge is BEYOND reasonable. I shall definitely recommend him to my friends and neighbors.

I work in real estate so I talk to contractors on a consistent basis to remedy items called out during inspections. We had a very short deadline to correct what an inspector called out on a water heater so I called several plumbers and repair companies during a holiday weekend. Rick was the only one who called me back immediately and addressed the problem (thanks to Rick, we found out it actually wasn't a problem). He was extremely professional - what surprised me other than the fact he contacted me during Thanksgiving weekend is that he didn't charge for the expertise he provided.

I've talked to a lot of contractors, and I only have been wowed by few. Rick has been one of the few!

Over two weeks without hot water, and dealing with a few businesses, I am so glad that this is the company that replaced my tankless water heater! I have a problem with noisy water pipes and low pressure that occurred all of the sudden. The fact that the water meter showed no flow complicated matters. I called Rick from Mainline plumbing who was able to come out the next day. After spending maybe twenty minutes performing the necessary tests, he determined that the problem likely belonged to the Lakehaven water district. He had a key insight from checking our neighbors water pressure and found it to be similarly low.

Besides the professionalism, what impressed me was that he didn't charge me for the visit.

I'm still waiting for the city to resolve, but I think this experience with Rick and Mainline plumbing is noteworthy and would like others to know.

I was referred to Rick Luna, owner of Mainline to address a non-draining toilet.
He was able to fit me in at the end of his day and his associates were very pleasant and efficient.

This could have been a very messy job, but they fixed it and left hardly any sign of their work - aside from the working grain.

I have to replace my water heater, Mainline will be an option if our schedules will mesh!
