They went out their way to fix an issue. Super communicative and willing to take responsibility and help us. Would've been a nightmare if they didn't do everything they did to make it right. Mistakes happen in life, but how you respond to them is what separates you. My family and I are very thankful Rick was so willing and eager to make things right. I highly recommend them because of this.

Kitchen sink started filling due to a blockage in the main pipe our building shares. I called and they gave me advice to see if we could fix it on our own and asked me to call back and let him know how it goes. When I couldn't get past the bend in the pipeline with our snake, I called back and he said they could be here same day.

They gave a 2 hour window and the tech came right in the middle of it, told me what he was going to do, how much it would cost (which was super reasonable compared to all those big name companies) and went to work.

I had a meeting within the hour and he said no problem and let me know their customers and their time is most important. He got the job done, was all cleaned up and had my invoice done just in the nick of time.

Best customer service I could've asked for and would recommend them to anyone in Washington state (they drive so far!). All in all, it was an excellent experience.

MIke and his father came to our home (we have been self-isolating for 3 weeks) and donned face masks before entering. They went straight to the bathroom looked at our tub to assess the situation, let me know they were leaving to pick up a replacement as my part could not be repaired. They came back shortly went right to work and fixed the problem and quietly left the my home. No mess, no fuss, polite, efficient, would highly recommend.

Don't walk, run to book an appointment with mainline plumbing. They are a family owned, veteran owned company and it shows with their service. I emailed for a quote, and within the hour I received an email with an accurate and incredibly reasonable post. Within 12 hours they were at my house to help fix a clogged sewage line. The issues at my 70 year old house were beyond what I had anticipated or explained, and they rose to the occasion to fix the issue. Mike and Mario,helped me understand the problem to help prevent it from happening in the future, and left my house cleaner than when they arrived. Look no further, they are honest, efficient, timely, and I whole heartedly recommend this company to you!

Rick supposed to repair my faucet through a contract he has with Sears home warranty. He came out, looked at it, told me I had to order my own parts before he could do the repair.

When I texted him later to get some details on the parts I needed to order, he completely blew me off. Two days before Thanksgiving, water leaking all over the place.

We never heard a word. We ended up buying our own faucet and installing it ourselves. DO NOT count on this guy!

I needed to replace my tankless hot water heater. I got quotes from two other places and also from Mainline. The two other places provided quotes that were comparable to each other, but almost $2k more than Mainline. Based on the price and how accessible Rick was, I decided to go with Mainline. The tankless hot water heater replacement went smoothly and they finished in under three hours. We've had consistent hot water with no issues for about a week, so I'd say the install was great.

There was a very small leak that formed in one of the pipe connections within the entire tankless and radiant heating system, but not close to the tankless water heater. I'm pretty sure the leak wasn't the direct fault of the tankless replacement. In any case, I scheduled for Rick to come back out and take a look. Rick immediately identified the issue and fixed it by tightening the connections. He was understanding and didn't charge me for this even though I made him drive all the way out to my place just to tighten a connection. Thanks Rick!

We had a scheduled appointment last week with Mainline. They did not show up or call to reschedule. They don't answer their phone and have never returned our phone calls and messages since. Very unprofessional. We're moving on to another business.

Searched the internet and found Mainline Plumbing in my local area. Rick and his dad were awesome from start to finish. He quoted a super reasonable rate to remove our old water heater from upstairs. Reroute the plumbing downstairs to where the new water heater was to be installed, he switched us over from electric to gas and ran intake and exhaust vents through the roof, all in a day. I was thoroughly impressed at the quality of work and price provided by Mainline Plumbing. I don't write reviews much but this company was worthy of the time since it's hard to find a quality plumber. Call Rick you won't regret it.

As a tenant, normally when I place a service call to the property management company, I tend to wind up with the bottom of the barrel service. Absolutely the opposite with Mainline Plumbing. Mike and his dad were friendly, communicative and efficient. They even made me laugh with a frustrating situation!
