Did not show up and scheduled date to complete work. Asked if they could reschedule and was told unfortunately they have commitment to other customers? I thought I was also a customer, was our schedule not also an important commitment?

This is my first ever review on any app, because I appreciated this business so much.

Had minor leaking on a old water heater, so called around for quotes. Mainline was the most straight-forward and fair priced of them all. Jay showed up as planned and replaced the water heater quickly, informing me of his progress along the way.

No-nonsense business that does good work. Highly recommend.

This plumbing Company was recommended to me by a very good friend. They called me back right away and set up a date two days hence. . When Jay came out, he listened very carefully and solved my five plumbing problems: he fixed two leaky toilets, a leaky sink, and put in new fixtures in the bathroom sink in the kitchen sink. He even had to go get some parts but finished all these jobs in about 2 1/2 hours. Besides his expertise, Joe's manner of being so respectful and courteous, knowledgeable and hard-working were outstanding, something that seems hard to come by these days. The price was very reasonable for all these jobs and I highly recommend Jay and Mainline Plumbing!!
Another guy who dies some plumbing just wanted to put in 2 new toilets, but this was not necessary!!

Great experience with Mainline Plumbing. I had a clog deep in one of my pipes that no amount of snaking could remedy. After calling five plumbers, Mainline was the first company who could come out to take a look. Mike was very friendly and helpful, and completed the job quickly. He patiently explained what he had done and why, and took the time to clean up as well. The price for the service was reasonable and we will definitely use this company in the future.

Professional, efficient and reasonable-this is what I look for whenever I hire a needed home service expert and Mainline Plumbing delivered!

Called Monday morning, earliest appt next day with 8am-10am window. Tues received call from Michael, he was 20 min out, arrived promptly at 930am. Michael greeted me professionally and wore mask, shoe coverings. I had booked job for blocked sewer drain in basement, but when Michael arrived, I told him I also had an issue with no hot water to kitchen fawcet. He got right to work. After an hour and a half, he had completed both the sewer drain and the kitchen sink. He then went through each item on the bill, snaking drain, camera, flushing-for a homeowner of 25 yrs, I thought the bill was very reasonable.

Michael was professional, friendly, courteous. I mentioned that the company should invest in having some kitchen magnets made with their company name/number as friends and family always call each other trying to remember who was a good, experienced tradesman they would recommend; well Michael and Mainline Plumbing absolutely fit that bill!

Thanks Michael, I'll be sure to use you guys again!

They went out their way to fix an issue. Super communicative and willing to take responsibility and help us. Would've been a nightmare if they didn't do everything they did to make it right. Mistakes happen in life, but how you respond to them is what separates you. My family and I are very thankful Rick was so willing and eager to make things right. I highly recommend them because of this.

Kitchen sink started filling due to a blockage in the main pipe our building shares. I called and they gave me advice to see if we could fix it on our own and asked me to call back and let him know how it goes. When I couldn't get past the bend in the pipeline with our snake, I called back and he said they could be here same day.

They gave a 2 hour window and the tech came right in the middle of it, told me what he was going to do, how much it would cost (which was super reasonable compared to all those big name companies) and went to work.

I had a meeting within the hour and he said no problem and let me know their customers and their time is most important. He got the job done, was all cleaned up and had my invoice done just in the nick of time.

Best customer service I could've asked for and would recommend them to anyone in Washington state (they drive so far!). All in all, it was an excellent experience.
