Ned is wonderful. Nurse showed up at my house on time with 30 minutes of my call. He was very professional respectful and knowledgeable about his craft. A deposit was needed to start the service but that's OK because it is put towards the service.I definitely will be using main line plumbing again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I called for an apt, and clearly let them know that they must come with a minimum of 200 feet of hose since the tank is in the far back of my property, for a guest house. They said """"no problem"""", and I called back a second time to remind them about this as it's a holiday weekend and we have no toilets and I don't want a problem when he gets here. I was told """"no worries, we're have enough hose"""", and he showed up with less than 100 feet of hose, saying no one even called him to ask about the 200 ft of hose! So after arguing with the office they basically said """"sorry nothing we can do"""", and left us with no bathrooms on a holiday weekend!!!!

Made an appointment to fix a variety of minor plumbing issues. They were able to come the next day, and right on time. Plumber was friendly, professional and fixed all of the issues quickly. Very pleased with the service provided. My only comment is that it was way more expensive than I expected. I have no idea what plumbing services cost these days, but it just felt high, as do all services for any company you hire to fix something. Oh well, it is what it is, and I am just happy I found MainLine who provided quality service.

I had a water heater installed. The employees were very professional as was Joey, the plumber. The whole process through closure of the permit took longer than expected but the final job was great.

They canceled our scheduled appointment a few hours before saying there was an emergency flood. Rescheduled for between 8-10 the following morning. No one showed up by 10 so I contacted them. The dispatch said they were on the way. Still no show by 11. I found another plumber. Will never use them or recommend them. Very unprofessional.

I used Mainline plumbing for a kitchen faucet leak. Daniel came out and was very responsive and supportive. He went thru everything that was required to fix the issues and he was very professional and efficient. My leak was resolved, my new faucet installed along with new valves as the Preston's were 25 years old.
