I called Gabe to get a bid for an RV dump line at my son's home. He is a local plumber and we try to give our business locally if possible. Gabe came over about an hour later. He listended carefully and tried to understand our 'ask' before making any suggestions or comments. He then came back later that day and did quite a bit of measurements and inspections to make sure the proper grade for the line would work. He gave my son a very competitive bid and started work the next week. throughout the process, Gabe and his colleagues were prompt, explained what they were doing and had very high attention to detail. He obviously takes great pride in his work and also seems to get satisfaction from doing a good job. One night, when they were leaving we heard one of the guys yell out, ""Save time, mainline"" Which we thought was cute but also very much a reflection of their pride in work. This was at the end of a long hot day of breaking up pavement and digging a trench. Quite remarkable really. We are very happy with the quality of Mainline's work and would strongly recommend them to others who are in need of quality plumbing.

Gabe and his team were exceptionally professional, attentive to our needs, and went far above our expectations in order to see our project from start to finish. They kept a clean and orderly worksite, were sensitive to the needs of our family, and were overall pleasant and easy to work with. They quickly grasped the vision of our project and made many useful recommendations. His team even helped move some dirt that was unrelated to the scope of the project for which we hired them. We needed help Saturday morning with a broken bathroom faucet, we had to shut the water supply to the house to stop the water from running. I called a couple of plumbers in the area and then created the service on yelp. Gabe, got in touch right away and spoke on the phone to understand the problem and asked us to send pictures of the faucet so he could let us know if he could fix it and the cost for it. He did not charge for assessment or anything told us right off the cost and was at our premises in 30 minutes with the parts. He did a great job and considering the covid-19 scenario he took all the precautions with wearing masks, foot covers gloves and disinfected everything he used and touched. Would definitely call him again!
