Being new to the area I was not sure who to call but found Matt/Main Street Plumbing on Yelp. It's great to have a connection with a reliable plumber. Matt is the real-deal. He showed up when he said he would, was super helpful in explaining a few things, very easy to work with, and of course the work is all good. I will recommend Main Street Plumbing / Matt to everyone.

Thanks Matt, for a job well done . Matt is now my go-to guy for all my plumbing needs. Matt is the owner/worker bee of Main Street Plumbing, who I knew right away that I was in good hands with, as soon as he returned my call. Matt was very professional and informative, while coming across with a down-home demeanor/good neighborly manner. He replaced my garbage disposal, without trying to sell me a more expensive model, even leaning toward repair, as opposed to replace.
I originally wanted to ""shop locally"" and to help keep local businesses in business, during these troubled times.

This review is solely on customer service.
I sent a message after hours late in the evening. I received a very prompt response. He continued to respond with every annoying question I had through out the night and early the next morning.
I ended up not using him only because we needed the work done before we left for vacation (48-72 hours). For any future work we will for sure be reaching out and hiring them!

My husband put off getting things taken care of for our new washer and dryer and I was stressed. We had to get a plumber right away! I called several companies and Main St. was one of the first and only to call back. We made an appointment for about 3 days from when I called. They arrived on time and ready though I had done a terrible explanation of the job I needed, they were able to quickly resolve the situation. Tim and Dan were professional and kind. The cost was right on target for what I was expecting. They did a great job and we will be using them again.

Great service from a local company.
I was quoted a fair price to replace my 13 year old water heater with a high quality new one.
Tim and Dan arrived right on time on our scheduled install day, removed my old unit, and had the new one installed and running within a couple hours, bringing everything up to current code requirements.
So nice to have hot water consistently again!
I would highly recommend Main Street Plumbing.

Thank you! Not only was our septic pump repair done quickly and affordably it was done in the pouring rain. We have found a plumber we will always call from here on out when we need repairs.
