Our main drain pipe got clogged. I called Daniel, and he was able to come to our house a few hours later. He examined the property, found an access point on the roof of the house and was able to clean up the clog. The whole process took around an hour. Daniel was very professional and took extra time to explain all of the steps to me. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

This company just like many others are so hesitant to do the work but want to get paid! Avoid calling this company at all cost. He is the most pessimistic person that acts like he doesn't understand plumbing. UPDATE: After reading your reply it just shows how dishonest and unprofessional you are. I called to ask for your service because the other plumbing company and I cannot work out due to scheduling conflicts. You gave me EVERY excuse why what I needed help with (leaking toilets and a shower diverter) was impossible to fix. You were not interested in coming for an estimate and told me the price to discourage me. You made fun of me because I pronounced the brand of my toilet incorrectly and basically didn't want the work. I was frustrated at the end of our conversation because the ONLY thing you were concerned with was the name of of the other plumbing company versus taking the $2k job. That's when I told you """"don't worry about their name"""" and yes hung up. Call it rude.. I call you a horrible company

I had two projects that needed prompt attention and I was not sure of the time it would take or if it was even possible to complete when I needed it done. I reached out for quotes on a Wednesday and received a prompt response and was asked to provide more details and pictures. Daniel communicated with me and gave me a best case and worst case scenario on both. He was able to provide someone to come by and complete the work when I was available. The plumber arrived on time Friday morning and I showed him the two bathrooms and the issues. He explained the options and explained what he was going to do and took note of replacement parts needed. He was honest as to what may and may not be possible. He returned soon after and completed the work. He made sure to not leave anything dirty and showed me what he was able to do. I am happy that the work was completed without any major issues and also that everyone was professional. I would definitely call again.

Daniel and Enrique were great to deal with. They helped my 92 year old mother with a plumbing issue in her bathroom and she felt very comfortable with their work. Enrique was very polite and most importantly my mother never felt like she was being taken advantage of. I highly recommend them.

Do yourself a favor and make sure you hire contractors who are certified in BOTH plumbing AND HVAC. Unfortunately these guys are not. So if the pipes in the ceiling that you can't see lead to the HVAC you will still be obligated to pay the $475 for the consult and they will explain that they can not work on pipes associated with the HVAC. Unless you have X-ray vision and know where the ceiling leak is coming from, hire contractors certified in BOTH plumbing AND HVAC. Lesson learned.

Daniel and father are professional, respectful and talented plumbers. They are not cheap, but why would you want to cut corners on plumbing? I have used them twice for two unrelated issues. In both instances they were here in less than 24 hours and fixed the issue right the first time. They are very clean and treat you and your home like you would like them to.

Danny and his father were fantastic! Exceptional quality of work, highly skilled and knowledgeable, excellent communication, and an overall delight to work with. I first hired Danny and his dad to replace a water heater, and brought them back a few days later for what ended up being a challenging request (redoing plumbing to install a washer). They spent the entire day to ensure it was done right and truly went above and beyond. I was so impressed by the quality of their work, and felt they truly cared for me as a client. I *highly* recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

It's hard to find honest, reliable, and dependable trade workers these days especially ones that come with great customer satisfaction but I was pleasantly surprised with main plumbing services and questioned all the 5 star reviews but I can say without a doubt that after working with them they truly live up to their 5 star rating. They were very courteous and reliable with their appointment. They came and gave an estimate which was fair priced. I needed to change out an electric water heater and a 50 gallon water heater because the other one was giving me issues. They came and gave a fair price and when the job was done they noticed there was mixture or cold and Hot within the pipes and not allowing the far end shower of the house get to hot, which has always been an issue. They fixed the issue and now I can have all sinks and showers on at the same time and the far shower still gets hot. They were great and their 5 star ratings are correct. They are a father and son team and I recommend their service to all my friends and family, thanks you!!

If, like me you've had different experiences with licensed professionals fixing something in your home. You'll be very happy to hear that there's a least one plumbing company out there that are very responsive, efficient and know their stuff! I called Daniel at MPS yesterday morning, he had me text a photo of the issue and minutes later told me what he could AND could not do and how much it would cost. He had availability this morning and this afternoon I'm writing a glowing reference! That's literally how simple and easy this process was. I could not be happier. I'll change some bathroom fittings now that I have main plumbing services in my life. FYI I called another company two weeks back, they spoke of coming up from the apartment below to fix the problem... needless to say we are very happy with our choice. MPS all the way! Cheers guys.
