BEWARE! I was assigned this contractor through my home warranty over a week ago. Despite my multiple attempts to reach them, a full week later they haven't returned my calls. I did speak to someone twice who told me he didn't have his schedule before him and he would call me back. He never did. I was told by the home warranty that they would be here today between 8-12 and they didn't show or call. They are unresponsive. At this point, I don't even want them in my home. About to cancel my ticket. I don't want these people in my home. I wouldn't do business with them. A full week and they won't call me back and was a no show/call today. Very unprofessional. Called another plumber and they are coming today. They said they have heard negative reviews about this plumber as well. Will be filing complaint with Home warranty company
David B.How does this business even function? My boiler broke about 5 days ago. My home warranty company recommended this plumbing company to me. I was told they would reach out to me, which they never did. I ended up giving them a call myself. About 2 days ago I had Scott come out who I had no problem with. He did not say much but found a problem and said he would order a part and call me back. I received no call, so then I decided to just call them. This was when I realized how bad this company was. I had the most unpleasant time speaking to Tom. Tom is another worker of the company who could care less about you or your problem, and will degrade you for calling him. Along with all this he threatened me on the phone. After reading some of these other reviews I am not surprised that this happened. Tom should not work for a company or even be involved in anything at all with his awful attitude and horrendous customer service.
This company was sent by my Home warranty company on a very hot day to repair my air conditioner. When I saw some bad ratings online I must admit I was worried. However, they did respond quickly, the technician that was sent repaired or replaced a faulty part.
Efficient and polite.
The most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. Abusive and disrespectful in every way. They act like they are doing you a favor when you are the customer... never fixed a thing and took my money. Don't use these guys. Tried to work things out and became very disrespectful again over the phone.

Marc M.I wish that I would have read the reviews about this company before I had the displeasure of dealing with them because the reviews are spot on. Was referred to this company by American Home Shield and after dealing with both of these companies, I cancelled my contract(s) with AHS and would never use this company for ANY plumbing repairs. I had a water heater go and AHS said that they couldn't get their recommended company (Main line plumbing) out to the house for at least a day. So I had to hire another plumber to come out immediately and drain the tank because it was leaking into my neighbor's house which is attached to mine. Main line came the next day and they said they couldn't diagnose the problem because I had what appeared to be a roof leak near the water heater and the water could have been coming from the roof! Are you kidding me? I had a plumber over the day before and he said it clearly needed replacement and was leaking all over. Because of this, AHS wouldn't replace the water heater because they said the plumber couldn't diagnose the problem. They recommended that I first fix the ""roof leak"" and then refill the broken water tank before they can make a proper diagnosis! Complete scam on the part of both companies.
Had a mystery leak coming from somewhere upstairs to basement. Very professional technician came out and found our problem right away and did a great job repairing and provided fast service. I would absolutely call this company again.
My home warranty company assigned this company to me. The technician talked the whole time (most not related to the work) and kept talking after the work was done. I had the check written and was waiting for him to leave. He kept talking about himself and his opinions for another 15-20 minutes. I had to call the warranty company again about the same issue, and asked to please not send Mainline Plumbing Service again. I did double check on this it was Mainline Plumbing SERVICE, not COMPANY.
Don't make the mistake of hiring this company. They are the worst - disrespectful and dishonest.
They came a few weeks ago and ""temporarily fixed"" our boiler stating they would come back after our home warranty company approved parts. We lost heat again this weekend. At the advise of our home warranty company, I called and had the misfortune of speaking with Tom who berated me for about 10 minutes for calling him.
I called our home warranty company back who in turn called Main Line Plumbing. Tom alleges they have come back a week later to our home and installed the part - an outward lie!
You wouldn't want cheats and bullies in your home so DO NOT HIRE THEM. If you use a home warranty company, REFUSE TO WORK WITH THEM.

If there were a way to give zero strs I would. We put in a request through our home warranty and they gave the work to Main Line. Main line plumbing did not even contact me for a full week. When they did they called and said ""we're in your area right now, can we stop over?"". I was not home so I said no. But I set up an appointment for the earliest time we could be home, which turned out to be a week later, first things Saturday morning. We had the first scheduled appointment time (8:00 am to 9:30 am). He never showed and never called to tell us. I called him, his name was Tom, at 9:45 and asked where they were. He said ""I hurt my arm and I'm fixing a flat tire"". No apology for not calling, just an attitude like ""How dare you ask me why I'm late"". So I asked when he would be here and he said, ""As soon as I can"", again with attitude. I don't know he stays in business in a service area with attitude like this. I get that he is injured and has car issues, and if he would have called I would have been fine with it. But he didn't. So I canceled with him and will look for another plumber. No chance I am giving this guy any of my hard earned money.
