My brother was installing a new bathroom sink..my almost 40 year old valves crumbled while he was trying to get them off. Aven called me back immediately after I requested a quote and came out the next day he phoned 10 mins before he arrive to let me know he was on the way. As it turned out it was a bigger job than he had anticipated over the phone but set me up with an appointment the next day and fixed it so I could use the water until he got there.
Troy came on time fixed everything with in a little over an hour fast professional and fair price.
i would recommend these guys for all of your plumbing needs, hopefully i don't have any in the near future but I will defiantly call Magnum If I do!!!

Aven was friendly when we spoke with him. He assured us his company was the right choice and he could take care of our plumbing issue. We scheduled an appointment and shortly before the scheduled appointment time, he texted that his company had to cancel the appointment. We texted back twice asking him for a reschedule date. He never responded to our texts and did not even have the courtesy to contact us again to let us know he would not be able to reschedule or ever take care of our plumbing needs. We suggest continuing your search for a good, reliable plumber as Magnum is not only unreliable, but inconsiderate in their dealings with potential customers, and the owners are clearly flakes!
