Aven was friendly when we spoke with him. He assured us his company was the right choice and he could take care of our plumbing issue. We scheduled an appointment and shortly before the scheduled appointment time, he texted that his company had to cancel the appointment. We texted back twice asking him for a reschedule date. He never responded to our texts and did not even have the courtesy to contact us again to let us know he would not be able to reschedule or ever take care of our plumbing needs. We suggest continuing your search for a good, reliable plumber as Magnum is not only unreliable, but inconsiderate in their dealings with potential customers, and the owners are clearly flakes!

Aven, the owner at Magnum Plumbing is dependable and knowledgeable. We called Magnum Plumbing when we had an emergency leak in one of the condos that we manage. We had a quick response. They came over, stopped the leak and then corrected the issue. Since the unit was vacant, I was concerned about turning water back on. Aven came over on the holiday weekend and made sure all was good. He cares about his customers. Pricing was fair and I would recommend him for any plumbing job. He is Zteam's plumber going forward.
