Very pleased with Aven's work. He was responsive and professional. We had a clogged shower that was due to corroded pipes underneath. I reached out to Magnum Plumbing to get some help with a broken sink valve. Aven reached back out to me quickly with a very reasonable estimate, and was available to come to the house early the next day to get started. When he showed up, he was on time, friendly and very professional. He did a thorough and quick job of fixing the broken sink valve, stuck to his initial estimate price, and was happy to let me pick his brain on some unrelated plumbing issues we have been having. What a great company, customer service A+. I called for a repair on a high end toilet and explained that Dad was handicapped and needed a repair ASAP. When they got here they were knowledgeable with the Toto system. I will be using their service from now on. I highly recommend this company, also very professional.
