Aven was amazing. He found time in his busy day to help us out when a spicket broke to our washer. The water was everywhere and no way to shut it off without shutting down the whole house. Aven, the owner at Magnum Plumbing is dependable and knowledgeable. We called Magnum Plumbing when we had an emergency leak in one of the condos that we manage. We had a quick response. They came over, stopped the leak and then corrected the issue. Since the unit was vacant, I was concerned about turning water back on. Aven came over on the holiday weekend and made sure all was good. He cares about his customers. Pricing was fair and I would recommend him for any plumbing job. He is Zteam's plumber going forward.

Unfortunately only one star on this review. When he came the first time he needed just one more part for the toilet but had to order it. Aven said when he would come it would be on him , no charge and now I see why. I had to call him to see if he remembered. We did set up an appt around his schedule. He said he'd come between 8-10 and texted at 8:50 he was sick so, we reschedule. He was suppose to come at 8 this morning but canceled because his babysitter ""flaked"". I thought maybe he would reschedule for this week but that was a big fat NO. He texted me and said,"" see what your schedule looks like and will work out something"". Weather it be my schedule or his schedule there is obviously no worries about coming back. In fact his text to me was, "" Your toilet is working. This is not an emergency. This is a free service"". Evidently free puts you on the back burner. Aven wants to resolve this but it's to late. He gets a zero this time around and I will never use him again!

These guys were awesome. Aven Was very professional and responded extremely quickly. We had a faulty faucet which he replaced and did so on very short notice. Pricing was very competitive and I would definitely go back to these guys no matter what. 6 stars

Very pleased with Aven's work. He was responsive and professional. We had a clogged shower that was due to corroded pipes underneath. I got several quotes since this was a big job and Aven won with a fair price and good communication / professionalism. I will call him again for help with my San Diego rental units.
