My business partner and I launched this venture in late 2019. The lack of qualified plumbers in the Durango area and the comments from our clients frustrated us. Starting this business during the early days of Covid-19 made us question if it was the right time to begin. Ask anyone who has embarked on their own business journey, and they will say that timing is uncertain; they just trust it will succeed.
