Been having issues with my heating zones, and it's been a headache trying to get a plumber scheduled. I was given Mark Magnifico's number by a local Boxford forum, so I called him up, and he patiently worked through the issue with me to make sure he had the right parts. Then he came out that same day and replaced the zone valve. He had me follow up the next morning and see if it was fully fixed, but there were still an issue with one of the zones. So I texted him the next morning telling him that, so he once again cane out same say to check it out. Turns out there was a wore that snapped. He reconnected it, and it now the whole house is heating nicely. All that and he only charged me for one service call. Suffice to say, I'll be calling him for every plumbing issue for here in out. The responsiveness and communication alone makes him one of the best I've ever worked with. Thank you so much, Mark!

When we first moved into our new house we ran into an issue with a leaking expansion tank. We didn't have a plumber, and ended up with Magnifico through a referral. We continue to be impressed with the quality and responsiveness. They are great. Mark was able to talk to me over the phone, and receive images so he knew what was going on. He talked me through what I could do until he got there. He was able to explain what was wrong, what parts needed to be replaced and made sure they were replaced with quality.

Recently, we had no hot water in the showers. I called Mark, he knew my name and my address without having to look it up, had me send him a video, knew what it might be and was able to come out to check the issue. Turns out, wasn't an issue at all, just a matter of the cold weather impacting the time to refill the tank.

I cannot speak highly enough about Mark and his team. The type of quality provided is far beyond what most companies provide today. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber.

The workmanship, professionalism, efficiency and care that Mark and his team of workers accomplished was MAGNIFICENT!!! Thank you to this team that figured out how to avoid excavating a drywall (AT GREAT EXPENSE PER OTHER PLUMBERS ESTIMATES) and used scrub to clean out the clogged pipes causing flooding!!!
