Just fair warning .
I needed the water turned off behind my washing machine as it was leaking from the front loading area. Two guys were sent out from MP and said they shut it off.
Great. So the water home restoration company came and asked what happened. I opened the washer door (as the water was turned off right?) and found that the valves were not turned off after all. When I opened the washer to show what occurred Whoosh the water came out again full force.
I called MP and they sent out a different guy who told me the valves were not turned off and that they were corroded. He showed me the valves.
He replaced them and only then did the water get shut off.

I wouldn't have known to look for that-- I had to trust that they knew what they were doing. The first 2 guys should have seen it and fixed it.

So beware, some workers know what they are doing; and some are inept at MP.

Spoke to owner Rene once he adjusted the bill somewhat. He called again wanting to talk but I'm done with this ; and esp with ""Magnificent"" plumbing.

This is not a review of the quality of work provided by Magnificent Plumbing. I have no evidence of that one way or the other.

On Aug. 17th I called them in order to get an estimate. The woman who answered said that her guy would call me back. He didn't. The next day I called again and reached an answering machine. I left a message asking that they call me. As I write this, sixteen days later, I have never heard from them.

Update: I was contacted by the office manager. Apparently, I got lost in the Covid-19 disarray. It happens. Judging from their other reviews I'm sure they do fine work.

I found Magnificent Plumbing by carefully reading Yelp and other reviews and requested a quote from them for a guest bath remodel. I was acting as my own general contractor and had already purchased most of the hardware from fixtures to vanity and shower door to toilet. The existing faucet plumbing was to be changed out to accept a double with drains and I arranged for them to do the rough-in so that other cosmetic work from sheet rock to baseboards and flooring could proceed. When we were finally ready for the final installations to go forward I called them back to make a date for the work to be completed.
Firstly, Magnificent got my business because they were willing to install my counter tops and sinks and the other plumber that was in the running didn't offer that service.
Second, Rene was very good at explaining exactly what each portion of the job would cost and how I would be billed due to the time lag in between the rough-in to the final finishing installations. Their price was very competitive, especially given the extra services rendered. I was warned well ahead of time of potential problem areas that could've ended up adding to the total cost such as possible leaks in the drain to tub and shower control valve. There were no surprises!
In every step of this job Magnificent (support staff and plumbers) were professional, prompt to respond to any of my questions, always returned my phone calls and did exactly what was required to finish the job to my exacting standards! They were neat and clean and were respectful of my property.
I will be calling Magnificent again after the first of the year for a planned master bath remodel!

Extremely professional, nice attitude, clean work and a fair price.

I called Rene for replacing the shower and redoing the bath. He and his crew would show up on the dot on time. Absolutely zero hassle, they knew exactly what had to be done step by step. In 3 days, they had completed the work and bathroom looked exactly the way I wanted it. Through the entire process they worked fast and professional and made sure they cleaned up after they were done. Am happy with the work from Rene and team and would definitely recommend them.
