I was able to get a same day appointment. Great communication. They were professional and diagnosed my shower faucet plumbing issue quickly - a faulty cartridge. The prices are a bit rich but it's a premium service experience.

Just a really great experience. We had a water line leak in our yard. We called them in the morning, and they said they would come around 1-3p. Around 1:15 they arrive, give us a reasonable estimate, and offer the start work right away. Very courteous, wearing masks, careful not to shake hands, etc. Took about 4 hours to complete the repair, and they warned us about the old pipe material, recommending that we replace the whole line at some point. We are very pleased with the service and they left the work site in very good condition as well. Highly recommended, will definitely have repeat business if we have other plumbing issues.

Rene is AMAZING! We've lived here for over 20 years and I've done most home repairs, including plumbing myself. Just now while my son took a shower upstairs, the downstairs toilet overflowed. Then after 15 minutes of plunging the drain wouldn't clear. I looked in the garage for a basically ""toy"" drain snake I bought once but must have given it away or tossed it.

I checked YELP! and saw that so many plumbers were closed and I didn't want to give my business to RotoRooter. I saw Magnificent Plumbing so I called. Rene answered right away and told me he would be at our house in 10 minutes. He was here even faster!

He arrived with a mask, put on booties and came in to the downstairs guest bath. He asked a few questions and immediately knew what was wrong.

He had the problem fixed in less time than it took to unload the equipment, take payment and load up again!

This was BY FAR the best communication, customer service and response time we've ever had. Even the County Sheriff takes longer to come when we call.

Had some work done in February because both of my toilets were rocking. They were both pulled out, one got a new flange and they were both reseated properly. Come July and it's time to sell my house and a termite inspection turns up that one toilet is leaking under the house and there might be subfloor damage. Say whaaat?!? They came back out the next day and replaced a broken flange. Even crawled under the house to make sure nothing else was leaking. Super awesome that they came out so fast and fixed everything up.

I had 4 different plumbing companies refuse to crawl under my house to fix a serious leak. One company even went so far as to make me cut a hole in my hardwood and subfloor in kitchen to get to leak, then refused to fix it because it was ""too wet"". I called magnificent plumbing and they came out SAME DAY AND FIXED THE LEAK IN UNDER AN HOUR!! I cannot stress how easy they made it for me. Called them on a Friday late afternoon, they said they were backed up al day unit can come first thing Saturday morning. 8am showed up on the spot, got to work and fixed it. Fair prices, professional, in and out once job was done. Would recommend them.

Truly Magnificent. I was not looking forward to hiring a plumber, worrying about get overcharged or slipshod work. But wow, these guys were great! Fast estimate that hit what I'd hoped to pay. Then flexible scheduling, which I had to move when FedEx didn't deliver on time. Then real artwork with the sophisticated installation of a whole house water filtration system. The guys were polite, knowledgeable, attentive and neat. Glad to know a plumber I can trust.

Rene probably was one of the fastest ones to respond to my inquiry about my tankless water heater. Our pilot light wouldn't stay lit on our old water heater and based from the feedback from the other service techs, it's an old unit that they no longer manufacture. Rene reached out via email and within two hours had Sergio at my front door. Sergio was very professional and polite and started working on the water heater. Within 20 minutes, he was done with the work and the light stays lit now. I can't say enough about the service I received from them and will keep them in mind in other issues that might come up at the house. Meanwhile, I still haven't heard back from my home warranty regarding expert techs to help service my heater. I just bit the bullet and hired them instead of waiting days for a response. Kinda makes me wish Rene was on their radar. Thank you. With two toddlers, not having hot water has been a challenge. Thank you for your help!

3/27/20:

Since I can't seem to add another review, I'll tack it on to this one.

Our pilot light went out again and this time, I couldn't keep it lit. I placed a message to Rene and his team last night and this morning, Sergio came in to check out the water heater.

He was prepped with a mask and protective gear since we all have to be careful with C-19 these days. It took him about a half an hour to clean out the thermal coupler and was on his way. I can't say enough thanks to these guys! He even remembered coming over the first time from two years ago.

Great team and great people! Very highly recommended.

My main water shut off valve broke leaving me with no water. I called several plumbers. Some wanted to give me an appt days away and some didn't even call me back. Roto-Rooter plumbing came almost 3 hrs after his appt time and then he was going to charge $356/hr but said he couldn't do anything that day because it was too late. I called Magnificent Plumbing the next day and they immediately answered and gave me a same day appt time of 10-12pm. They texted me at 1040 and were there at 11. It was up front pricing and they did a great job. No hassle and didn't waste my time. I will definitely use them again.

My Main backyard Sprinkler Pipe suddenly broke!

Over 5000 gallons later.

I couldn't shutoff the water because my main valve to the house was broken.

Sergio and Julio were so detailed and complete they installed new 1/4 turn valves, new copper pipe, and moved the pvc pipe to safer positions.

I highly recommend them!
