I was in the parking lot of a hardware store struggling to fit some things in my vehicle when Eddie volunteered to help by personally delivering the items to my home that wouldn't fit in my SUV. He didn't ask for a dime. In fact he refused my offers to pay him for the help. That random act of kindness was a breath of fresh air; especially in the climate that we're currently living in. I will definitely use this company in the future!

2 months ago I had a leak in my bath tub and called Magna Plumbing. They came after about one week (but not on the day we had agreed on), found the source of the leak but did not have a replacement part. They took the broken part with them so they could get it ordered and finish the job later. After 3 weeks they still had not called me (I don't use the bath very much) so I attempted calling them. It took a few days to get through to them, they were very apologetic and promised to call me back with a solution. After 1 week they still had not called which prompted another call to them. They were once again very apologetic and promised to call me back within an hour. I have since left a few messages for them to contact me but unfortunately am still waiting for their call.
conclusion: they are unreliable and do not do what they promise
