DO NOT HIRE THESE PLUMBERS!!! Magna plumbing came out to my house to fix a simple leak under my sink and due to the incompetence of their plumber ended causing serious problems that lead to thousands of dollars in secondary damage.

Juan, Juan, Juan..... all I can do is laugh. You have had several negative reviews about your attitude and unprofessional treatment to the customers. I had the privilege of meeting Juan when he was sent to my home for a service call. It's seems Juan has not changed one bit. This company was notified of Juan's behavior. But it seems I'm not the only one that complained. Let's see if Juan can get the help he needs.

Had some misunderstandings with the on site technician on how things were being charged. The owner Mark contacted me directly later to explain in detail of the entire process and what happened on the job site. It's always good to see the owner of the company reach out to the customer trying to resolve issues.

My tankless water heater died and I started getting estimates for a new one. First plumber I called wanted $3300.00 for a new Noritz unit. I thought that was really high, so I called another plumber that I found on the Noritz website. This guy quoted me $4700.00!!!
I went back to the Noritz website and found Magna Plumbing, who is a certified Noritz installer. Mark, the owner, responded immediately to my call, and the next morning presented me with a few different options for Noritz units. All of his options were under $2000.
His guys arrived right on time, and they were extremely courteous and professional. they completed the job in about two hours and the hot water was flowing again.
I will continue to use Magna Plumbing as they got the job done for a fair price, quickly, and professionally.

Magna was assigned to work with me from my home owner insurance company. Mark called and scheduled an appointment and the technician, I believe his name was Juan, came to look at my water heater. Juan is very unprofessional and rude, he was literally yelling at me in my own house because he doesn't know why my water heater was making noise.

Mark seemed cool on the phone though, but he should really look into training his technicians on how to talk with customers. I wouldn't hire Magna or recommend them based on my experience with the technician.

Mark and his team were the second plumber assigned by Old Republic Home Warranty. The first one was a disaster and Magna came in and saved the day. They were professional, on-time, came very quickly after we called and didn't try to make additional upcharges like the prior service provider. I own a number or rental properties and plumbing seems to be the most common issue. I'm keeping these guys on auto dial for any future needs!
