PRV was leaking at the locknut, figured it may be time to change. I was referred to Mark (Owner) at Magna thru a real estate buddy of mine. Parts/labor quote came to $875. I thought that was kind of high, but these days I really don't have a clue as to the average cost of this type of repair. I didn't feel like obtaining other bids, so I authorized the repair.
Appointment was made for 1/3/22 at between 0900-1000 hrs. Josh was here a little past 0900, job was completed by 0945! Josh was personable, clean and provided prompt, courteous service.
I will definitely use this company for any future plumbing repairs!

Before my insurance company referred me to Magna Plumbing, I had 2 HORRIBLE experiences with Drainco and 1 Stop plumbing! Being im a senior citizen and handicapped, Magna and their employee Cesar helped me out tremendously with listening to my concerns and fixing my shower leak immediately! Mark also helped me out a lot during this process too. I appreciate the outstanding customer service both men provided and would highly recommend them to any friends or family!

Magna plumbing was assigned to my service call for hot water heater tank. They send a tech the next day, after assessing my water heater needed to be replaced because of a leak. They were supposed to come back 3 days later. I called Mark the owner explained the urgent situation. He assured me he will be back the next day to fix it. The next morning on a Saturday around 8 AM Mark and his Tech showed up, they took off the old heater he took it himself for warranty exchange came back in a couple hours installed the new hot water heater. Thank you mark and your technician for going out of your way to take care of a customer. I recommend Magna Plumbing a 100%

I was assigned to this company from my home warranty to fix my garbage disposal and was told they would contact me to set a date and time in 1-2 days. After 3 days of not hearing from them, I called them myself and no one picked up the phone and went to voicemail. So I left a voice message and still did not receive any response back. I then contacted my home warranty and they were able to reach them within just hours after I had left a message. The plumbing company told them that they were booked and couldn't do the service. They could at least have the courtesy to inform me or my home warranty company that they wouldn't be able to provide the service so I wouldn't have to delay the issue and find another company that can do the job. This is quite unprofessional and it's immediately a bad impression on customer service from the start.

Cesar showed up masked and fixed our problem very quickly. He was very kind and professional, explaining exactly what the problem was and everything he was doing. It was a simple fix, and I should have felt sorta dumb for not figuring it out on my own, but Cesar did a good job of putting me at ease and not making me feel that way.

I was assigned Magna plumbing through my homeowners insurance. They had to replace leaking old piping under master bath sink and I purchased a brushed nickel widespread bath faucet set to replace the faucet which was also dripping (I was waiting until Covid case numbers improved, but then the underneath piping began to leak). They did a wonderful job. Arrived masked and were very neat and clean with their work. I was impressed. Had to wait an extra day for repairs, but it wasn't a problem.

Magna Plumbing was the company my home warranty sent to us when I made a claim for a broken water heater. They came out within a couple of hours of me contacting the warranty company, handled the claim and replaced my water heater quickly. They were very quick to respond, answered all of my questions, did a great installation job and pricing was very fair. We had to pay for the code updates. The two gentlemen that came out were both highly experienced plumbers. I have already had them out to do non warranty covered work on another house and will continue to use them as needed. I highly recommend this company.

Magna Plumbing was recommended by our home warranty company for a sink disposal replacement. I was going to do the installation myself, but Amazon sent a ""used"" disposal - the parts were in a ziplock baggie! So I decided to use our home warranty plan, who recommended Magna Plumbing. Mark, the owner, was very nice and promptly called to schedule the appointment. I am so glad that Cesar did the installation! A couple of the bolts were ""frozen"", and it would have been impossible for me to do it myself. Cesar was really nice, professional, and taught me a few important plumbing tips, like using plumbers putty that is made specifically for stainless steel sinks. I highly recommend Magna Plumbing and enjoyed working with Cesar and Mark.

We have the house warranty company so I put in a claim for plumbing services. The company called the same day and said they could send someone out within an hour or so. Ceasar showed up and removed his shoes and got right to work. Wow, this guy changed out 3 shut off valves within an hour. Great customer service and we will use them again.
