Today Mr. CESAR (name of the person) came to fix my tub diverter water spout with a personal shower head. The plummer from a different company came before to fix it and he said he had to brake the wall and it was not possible because then the tile will need to be replaced also. He was not able to fix it.
Cesar the Plummer from Magna Pluming when he came just took his wrench and turned the tub water spout and said he needed to just come back after they ordered the spout. The plummer from the other company also said the water stopper for the tub could not be fixed either because it was all connected from the wall. Magna Pluming ordered the part and Cesar just unscrewed it and replaced it after they ordered the part. He left the area clean and took the time to explain. Very professional and had all the required tools. Was very careful to not scratch the hardware.
Mr. Mark is the gentleman that handles the calls when you request service. He was very polite and informed scheduling and when they got the parts. Excellent service from the time you call until the service is completed. Very reliable and responsible company. Will keep this company for other work to be done in the future. Magna Plumbing was great in handling my plumbing issue. I had an old toilet that wasn't shutting off on it's own. I got in touch with Mark and Josh in Magna Plumbing through my home warranty company. Josh visited to inspect and told me that my toilet had to be replaced because it was too old to fix. To top it, the size was outdated. Magna ordered a replacement toilet for me, which took a while because of the old model. Josh and Ron promptly came and installed the new toilet, when the order arrived, and they did a perfect job. I am extremely pleased with their work, communication and the outcome. I highly recommend them.

We had the worst experience with Magna Plumbing today. The plumber came out for a home warranty claim and right away said he had to rip open our Kitchen for a bathroom leak. He then proceeded to yell at my wife when she asked him to go through the bathroom instead of the kitchen. He subsequently stormed off our property mid conversation. He was here for no more than 4 minutes.

We know that the leak can be fixed through our bathroom because our personal plumber said that it could be. However, our warranty company sent out Magna. We feel that Magna was trying to rip open our kitchen to create a larger bill.

We had difficulty getting hot water after our last routine service for our tankless water heater. We did get a return visit from the same technician. He blamed our water conditioning system. Turns out the generic filter he installed was defective and clogged the system. Magna plumbing refused to even reimburse us for the service call and wouldn't respond to our repeated emails. Technician even tried to get us to purchase another tankless system. We ended up installing a hybrid water heater instead.

HORRIBLE ! Worst service in all ORANGE COUNTY .
The owner is a fraud ! Substandard work ethic , unreliable No accountability . REPORTING THE COMPANY TO SEARS HOME WARRANTY SERVICES .
Tech came out to fix my sink . Only to have accidentally loosened my garbage disposal.
Causing a leak . He also scratched my granite .
The tech was apologetic ( CEASER ) .
However , the audacity of the companies owner OMG!
To say the scratch was previously there ,
And to never even look at the water damage !
The company needs to be taken off as a contractor for SEARS HOME WARRANTY SERVICES .
The technician even complained , his employee !
When he has to go out for follow up services he does not get paid !
SORRY MAGNA PLUMBING YOUR OWN WORKERS THINK YOU SUCK ! See pictures and text !

Magna replaced a kitchen faucet that had seized up and which I was unable to remove with a new faucet. Service was on time and at a fair price. Would use again.

I requested the price quote to replace a tankless water heater for the exterior wall, Magna Plumbing price was the lowest and they were able to come the next day morning. The installation was done professional.
I also asked him do another job since he's at the house, to change a clogged pipe of the dishwasher.
I'm happy with the service and would recommend this company. Will rehire if needed in the future.
