Had some misunderstandings with the on site technician on how things were being charged. The owner Mark contacted me directly later to explain in detail of the entire process and what happened on the job site. It's always good to see the owner of the company reach out to the customer trying to resolve issues.

My tankless water heater died and I started getting estimates for a new one. First plumber I called wanted $3300.00 for a new Noritz unit. I thought that was really high, so I called another plumber that I found on the Noritz website. This guy quoted me $4700.00!!!
I went back to the Noritz website and found Magna Plumbing, who is a certified Noritz installer. Mark, the owner, responded immediately to my call, and the next morning presented me with a few different options for Noritz units. All of his options were under $2000.
His guys arrived right on time, and they were extremely courteous and professional. they completed the job in about two hours and the hot water was flowing again.
I will continue to use Magna Plumbing as they got the job done for a fair price, quickly, and professionally.

Magna was assigned to work with me from my home owner insurance company. Mark called and scheduled an appointment and the technician, I believe his name was Juan, came to look at my water heater. Juan is very unprofessional and rude, he was literally yelling at me in my own house because he doesn't know why my water heater was making noise.

Mark seemed cool on the phone though, but he should really look into training his technicians on how to talk with customers. I wouldn't hire Magna or recommend them based on my experience with the technician.

Mark and his team were the second plumber assigned by Old Republic Home Warranty. The first one was a disaster and Magna came in and saved the day. They were professional, on-time, came very quickly after we called and didn't try to make additional upcharges like the prior service provider. I own a number or rental properties and plumbing seems to be the most common issue. I'm keeping these guys on auto dial for any future needs!

Beware of rip-off. It is very expensive labor. I had the problem with my Noritz tank less water heater. The parts of my unit were still covered under the warranty. This company was sent to us by Noritz company. I call Magna Plumbing and technician showed up to diagnostic the problem. After 15 minutes he had called Noritz and ordered the parts. He also explained to me how complicate the job to get done and charged $550 for labor. Actually, the total working time was less than 30 minutes to remove retaining clips, unscrew and remove the old parts then install the new parts. If adding up another hour for picking up the parts, the total time on the job is only less than 2 hours with simple assembly work. I did call another plumbing service and described the services and his estimating labor cost is only about 1/2 for the same kind of work.

We recently replaced our traditional water heater with a tankless. Juan and Josh did an excellent job. We also had Juan address a leaking toilet, install a new toilet in another location and fix some piping in the garage. He knows what he is doing and he explained everything to us. We will definitely continue to call on Mark and Juan for any plumbing concerns that arise. Thank you for your excellent service!

I emailed Magna through their website fairly late at night and got a call first thing in the morning (from Mark, I think). I suspected an issue with my tankless hot water heater, for which Magna is a certified servicer. Mark immediately and accurately diagnosed my issue as a misbehaving shower valve, which I was able to fix myself. I asked if I should have him come out for routine maintenance on the heater and, after a few questions, he assured me that wasn't necessary. Could have sold me on unnecessary services, but didn't, and knew his stuff. I'll definitely be calling Magna if I ever do have an issue with my heater.

I was referred to them by my home warranty company to take care of our AC issue. Tito called me the day I placed the service request and we tried to schedule something for the week leaning towards availability on the weekend. I had thought they forgot about me since my text on Friday received no response. Saturday night I received a text confirming the appointment for Sunday morning.

Tito arrived at the time he said he would. Fixed our AC. I have 30 days from the time he fixed it to report any additional issues and they will come out to fix at no cost. So far so good.

Thanks for doing a great job and being a professional about it. No complaints here so far.

We had a terrific experience from start to finish. We initially thought we wanted the tankless water heater. Mark was honest (which is hard to find these days) and showed us the unique challenges we would face and extra costs due to the configuration of our garage in order to have the tankless. So we decided to just replace our leaking water heater with a regular water heater. We are so pleased with the installation of our new water heater. They had a great attitude, making sure everything was cleaned up. Job well done.
