I was so impressed with these guys. I called them yesterday, spoke to Andre. He set up appointment for today between 2-4pm. He e-mailed and texted a confirmation, then Dale texted me that he was on the way. Arrived at 2, put in a new garbage disposal, fixed a little problem with a toilet and was done by 2:30. Very reasonable. Highly recommend

Excellent service! Very responsive and communication was never an issue. Had them out to diagnose an awful smell behind the cabinets under our kitchen sink. We had other plumbers out for the same reason and NOBODY could figure out what the problem was until Dale and Andre from Magical Plumbing did some looking. They were able to find and repair the problem in a timely manner for a reasonable price. They were totally up front and honest about everything. I would definitely recommend them!

This was the best plumbing service I've ever used in South Florida. They came to my house, in masks, ascertained the problem and gave me the cost of the service (I had to replace a kitchen faucet). They had another job to go to but told me to go ahead and buy the faucet and they would be back in an hour if I wanted the job done that day. I got the faucet and sure enough they returned when they said, in masks again, and were done in half an hour. Fantastic service and very reasonable price.

Prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. What more can one ask for? I called with a non-emergency issue on a Saturday morning. Surprisingly, I received a call back within 20 minutes and was told I would be the second call on Monday, around 11AM. Sure enough, I got a text at 11:15 saying Dale was on his way. He quickly diagnosed the main issue, and fixed it, and two other minor problems in about 1.5 hours. We have used them before, and will call again when we need a plumber.

Truly magical, I need someone right way to get my water heater fixed and Andre was there to help us out. His prices were lower than others , I had called at least 4-5 different companies for a quote. His work was awesome, he even called back to make sure there were no problems. A few months later I needed help with the garbage disposal, he came by in 10 mins on a Saturday and did not even charge me as it was a very minor problem. This is what I call service and professionalism. As I said Truly Magical...!
