We had an emergency situation where water was continuously leaking and began flooding our home. We called Magic Rooter in a panic, requesting immediate service. Manny arrived directly from his previous job within minutes of his estimated ETA. This was not only a relief to us, but quite admirable considering we were new customers. It didn't matter--Manny worked us into his schedule and made our emergency his priority.
He worked tirelessly, communicating with us the whole time on his findings and recommended next steps. We fully trusted his expertise and appreciated him being forthcoming about the work he was doing. The final bill was reasonable and matched the service performed, with no hidden fees or sneaky add-ons.
He was professional, prompt, and provided us with quality service in a pinch. So great to find a trustworthy, quality rooter, especially in a pinch! Thank you!!

Where do I even start with Manny and his amazing crew? For starters, Manny visited my parents home about 6 months ago for what we had assumed would be a quick fix. Mind you, they've had several issues over the years but never any good luck with plumbers. Once he was there I got a phone call from Manny letting me know he was keeping me in the loop because the issues were actually symptoms of a more serious problem. Right away Manny won me over being that he actually expressed concern for my parents property. My parents haven't had any luck with good plumbers and once they told me they had found their plumber I made time to go out there and meet him so I quickly rushed over. When I arrived I found Manny in the house with boot covers on, having a conversation with my parents as if they had known each other for years which spoke volumes to me because if my parents approve that's all that matters. While keeping a friendly attitude his demeanor never changed and for that I immediately knew we had found our plumber. From the start I could tell he was professional, honest and trustworthy. We got straight to the issues that were present, Manny told me exactly what it would take to get the job done & set the expectations right away so that there would be no surprises during the work being performed. Manny saved our water pressure from damaging our systems, hydrojetted our sewer drains, repaired a section of improper grading drains underneath the house and replaced all angle stops inside the home. Thanks to Manny and his clean crew, my parents are happy and taken care of. His team was just as professional as he was and they all worked with precaution inside the home. Manny, we will definitely call you and your team back for all plumbing issues, thank you!

Manny is awesome, just like the other reviews have clearly stated! Basically, came within hours of communicating with him and stayed until the issue was resolved. His prices are very reasonable, being that my grandfather was a plumber when he was alive, so I'm very familiar with what a job usually costs. I will definitely use him again! It is VERY hard to find a reliable, cost effective, friendly, and available plumber, so I'm keeping Manny around for a long while! :)

As you know, it's tough to find an honest and reliable plumber with reasonable pricing. It's like looking for a good dentist. Anyway, I'm glad I found Magic Rooter here on Yelp! The owner, Manny, is a real pro from start to finish. Excellent personality as well. He responds to text messages fast, arrives on time, wears shoe coverings before entering, protects/covers the work area properly and cleans everything before leaving (including discarding the old parts, boxes, etc.). I already saved his contact info on my phone because he's my go-to plumber from now on. Also, Manny is great because he can give a quote or estimate based on photos/description only (unlike most plumbers who want to go to your house first before giving any estimate). Finally, I appreciate the tips he gave me on how to clear my pipes safely and how to remove glue residue on my sink.

I've hired Manny twice, and I recommend him without reservation. He is timely, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I approved his initial estimate of $150 to fix a sink drain. On his own volition, he only charged me $100. I wouldn't hire anyone else for plumbing work.
