They did a great job on unclogging the pipes, now saving up to remove another problem found by them, which was a previous plumber that screwed up, which was a tool to remove roots broke off and lodge itself and didn't tell us. I would definitely refer them, nice honest people.

Ignacio was great! We had a leaky pipe problem taken care of quickly and professionally on a day when no other plumbers answered my call (during December holidays). We were installing a recirculation pump and caused some leaks. He went out of his way to diagnose the problems and make sure that they were fixed and the pump was working properly. I was in need of quick service for my rental property and while all the competitors were giving me 1 week turnaround times, Ignacio was able to arrange for a same day visit. They were good and I have recommended them to friends. But, their professionalism has gone out of the window. Our appointment was at 9AM Saturday. No show, no call, and no call back after I left a message at 9:25AM. I wasted my Saturday morning waiting around for them and still not getting my problem solved.

There are a lot of good reviews here and one of them was from us. They probably deserve everyone of them for their workmanship IF THEY SHOWED UP. Looking at some of the recent reviews, it sure seems that we weren't the only family receiving the ""no show, no call, no callback"" treatment. Let this 1-star review be a reminder to the company that their professionalism and credibility just isn't what it used to be and their business will eventually suffer.

They are excellent. I would have given 6 start if I can.

When I called them about sewer backup, they told me to contact city first since they would not want to charge me something, where city can do it free for me.

I contacted the city and they showed up, tried to snake with no success. City told me to contact a plummer to dig the pipes up and change them since the blockage is in my side.

I called Magic Plumbing again. They showed up on time and opened it with snake putting significant effort. They charge significantly less than any other guy.
