Top notch all-around service! I was in need of quick service for my rental property and while all the competitors were giving me 1 week turnaround times, Ignacio was able to arrange for a same day visit. They came to my unit, diagnosed the issue, bought the parts, and had them installed immediately. It was thoroughly impressed with quickness, friendliness, and professionalism. Great experience!

They were good and I have recommended them to friends. But, their professionalism has gone out of the window. Our appointment was at 9AM Saturday. No show, no call, and no call back after I left a message at 9:25AM. I wasted my Saturday morning waiting around for them and still not getting my problem solved.

There are a lot of good reviews here and one of them was from us. They probably deserve everyone of them for their workmanship IF THEY SHOWED UP. Looking at some of the recent reviews, it sure seems that we weren't the only family receiving the ""no show, no call, no callback"" treatment. Let this 1-star review be a reminder to the company that their professionalism and credibility just isn't what it used to be and their business will eventually suffer.

They are excellent. I would have given 6 start if I can.

When I called them about sewer backup, they told me to contact city first since they would not want to charge me something, where city can do it free for me.

I contacted the city and they showed up, tried to snake with no success. City told me to contact a plummer to dig the pipes up and change them since the blockage is in my side.

I called Magic Plumbing again. They showed up on time and opened it with snake putting significant effort. They charge significantly less than any other guy.

Rescue Rooter was about to rip me off. They were going to charge me $2800 to create a clean out, which did not even address the issue of the back up in my house. They wouldn't even snake the toilets so that we could use them for one more day before we left for vacation. Luckily, I called Magic Plumbing Co., and they came at 8:00pm that night and stayed until 10:30 to alleviate the major back up in my house. No emergency after hours charge = $180. BAM!
We were happy with their service, so when we got back from vacation, we called them up again to address the back up issue. Sure enough, multiple cracks and root infiltration in the sewer line. He took the time to show me all the damage (via a camera) and the medusa lock of roots in our pipe. Rescue Rooter didn't show me anything. Ignacio and his crew were incredibly methodical and thoughtful, showing us what needed to be done and why. They are going to be our go to for plumbing.

Ignacio is your man! Memorial day weekend and my water heater decides to go bust! I wanted a replacement ASAP but also wanted to upgrade to a higher capacity water heater. Ignacio and his team really saved the day. It took two days to get my water heater, but that's only because I needed a special kind with the electric vent and also because it was the long weekend. But Ignacio got one from Hayward and got it installed. Thank you so much! He also removed some clogs in the other faucets. Great customer service. Definitely recommend them

I'm the secretary/treasurer of a condominium association in Sunnyvale. After a disappointing attempt to get another plumbing company to fix a main line water leak into one of our units, I discovered Magic Plumbing on Yelp. I call them and I am absolutely delighted with their response. They came the same day, found a complicated problem with large tree roots breaking the water line. They fixed the problem (and another problem) the same afternoon. From now on, Magic Plumbing will do all our plumbing work. I highly recommend them!

I called Magic Plumbing Co. because my garbage disposal has been broken for almost a year and the reason I didn't get it fixed is because I was quoted so high by several other companies, but now that side of the sink was backing up. When I called someone got to the phone right away and was very polite and was able to accommodate me for the next day. When the plumber arrived, on time, he was extremely professional and let me know what he was doing each step of the way. I only intended on having the back-up fixed, but the plumber let me know that the entire garbage disposal needed to be entirely replaced. I asked how much and the price that he quoted was 1/3 of what other companies quoted. I gave him the go ahead and he went to get a new garbage disposal and came back and installed it in great time.

I was so pleased with Magic Plumbing Co. that I went on Facebook and told everyone that if they ever needed a professional plumbing job done at a reasonable price call these guys!!!!!!!

Roto Rooter people usually would come late to my place and give estimates over 400$ for pipe cleaning, knowing how desperate people would be to sort the mess. Ignacio from Magic Plumbing Co gave 180$ quote over the phone, came with his crew on time, cleaned the pipe, and provided his expert recommendations to fix the pipe.
His company replaced the whole pipe, working under pouring rain, handled all the permits, and completed all the work in a week. They have even fixed my lawn sprinklers. Thank you, guys, for being around, and delivering such a great service to people like me.
