I have Homeserve insurance for my sewer lines. About 3 in the afternoon our entire sewer system plugged up. I called Homeserve and the original contractor they selected could not arrive until noon the next day. I called them back and they put me on hold and called Magic Plumbing. They were dispatched and arrived at my home by about 4:30. A second truck showed up about 40 minutes later because they needed some larger equipment. It is now 6:15, and the clog in my main line is now completely gone, and we are back in business. Both guys were extremely professional and friendly. Could not be happier with their service!

They responded to my inquiry almost immediately and set up an appointment right away. Jake, the plumber who did our work was terrific. He was friendly, professional, quick and did good work. The job involved pulling the toilet and installing a new wax seal, replacing the emergency shut off valve, and replacing the fill valve and flap. Magic's quote was about 25% lower (including parts and labor) than the other quotes I got on the job from two other plumbers. I'll definitely call them again if I have another plumbing issue I need to deal with.

We originally found magic through Lowe's contracting when we needed our water heater replaced in 2019. This morning we could hear water beneath our house and found a busted pipe. Serval companies came to give quotes...not only was magic quick to arrive but they were $1200 less than the others. Steve took the time to educate us and took pictures of the repair so we could see the work provided. Will be using magic for future plumbing needs!

I met Steve the first time when he came out for Lowe's to install my water softener. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job and gave me lots of information on caring for my water softener snd he provided me with helpful tips about maintaining my water heater also while he was there. Since then he had been out to do a couple jobs for me and was fast, courteous and again provided me me with extra tips about my plumbing. Great service, expertise and helpful information!

We had a bit of hiccup to start we were told that our guy (Travis) would be here at 9am that came and went and when I called them they said he was at Lowes picking up the materials needed for the job ok so 10;30 comes and I call Lowes to see if he has been there and they say they will check and call me back So now hubby is mad and calls Magic and they say he at Lowes , Lowes calls and said he is leaving the store and there is a two hour window for the plumbers to show up Which in the at least four phone conversations I have had with Magic was NEVER told about at any rate Travis showed up and when my husband mentioned why he was so late Travis said he was not told to be here 9 am and there was a window between 10 am and I pm for him to get here I want to make it clear that Travis was great he did a excellent job was so nice and I will be requesting him again if we ever need to have a plumber You could not ask for a better job ( he installed a water heater) so if your looking for a great job to be done I would high suggest you call Magic and ask for Travis I would also suggest you make sure they tell you about the window The only beef I have with them is that if you tell me you will have someone here at 9 am I damn well expect you to be at 9 am in this case it had noting to do with Travis only with whoever is in charge of scheduling

I hired one of their plumbers to do side work for me. I did not hire Magic Plumbing. The work was sub par and failed inspections. I later found out that the plumber stole the material from other job sites. Once the owner of Magic Plumbing found out, he went after me by filing a mechanics lien for the price of the material (which I had paid his employee for) instead of his dishonest employee. In fact, when I went to speak with the owner he said this plumber is still working for him. He sided with his dishonest employee. I would NEVER recommend this company!
