He saw us struggling to load our truck and he just came up to us and started helping my husband!!! We did not get his name, he helped us then went back into Home Depot to finish his own shopping!!! I have Homeserve insurance for my sewer lines. About 3 in the afternoon our entire sewer system plugged up. I called Homeserve and the original contractor they selected could not arrive until noon the next day. I called them back and they put me on hold and called Magic Plumbing. They were dispatched and arrived at my home by about 4:30. A second truck showed up about 40 minutes later because they needed some larger equipment. It is now 6:15, and the clog in my main line is now completely gone, and we are back in business. Both guys were extremely professional and friendly. Could not be happier with their service!

They responded to my inquiry almost immediately and set up an appointment right away. Jake, the plumber who did our work was terrific. He was friendly, professional, quick and did good work. The job involved pulling the toilet and installing a new wax seal, replacing the emergency shut off valve, and replacing the fill valve and flap. Magic's quote was about 25% lower (including parts and labor) than the other quotes I got on the job from two other plumbers. I'll definitely call them again if I have another plumbing issue I need to deal with.

We originally found magic through Lowe's contracting when we needed our water heater replaced in 2019. This morning we could hear water beneath our house and found a busted pipe. Serval companies came to give quotes...not only was magic quick to arrive but they were $1200 less than the others. Steve took the time to educate us and took pictures of the repair so we could see the work provided. Will be using magic for future plumbing needs!

I met Steve the first time when he came out for Lowe's to install my water softener. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job and gave me lots of information on caring for my water softener snd he provided me with helpful tips about maintaining my water heater also while he was there.
