I used their service once, and now they're flooding my mailbox with their junkmail. A few months ago, I called them and asked them to stop. They promised that they would. They lied, their spam still keeps flooding my mailbox. Unacceptable. Stay away from them.

Be very careful!!
Water heater went out Friday, setup a Saturday 9:30 AM to replace water heater. Also told them furnace would probably need to be replaced after.
Sat morning they called to confirm appointment and I sent pictures of my water heater. Eventually around 2 pm the repair man showed up. He looked at it and said he needed help to install and would not be able to do it (not sure why they send one man for a large water heater). He told me they would call me shortly to give a cost estimate and when they can install.
I received no call or text from the company the rest of the day, or the whole next day.
On Monday I received a text saying they would like to come out and look at the furnace to give me and estimate. I said what about the water heater? They said they would give me an estimate on both.
I reminded them they guy was already here and took a bunch of pictures. They again said they would send a ""Furnace"" estimator out and do both (hard upsell)
I told them like I stated initially, I wanted hot water (furnace replaced) before I worry about the furnace.
At that point they told me I should probably find another company to do the work. I was completely shocked.
Bottom line, arrived late, looked at the job, unable to do the work, left me hanging for almost two days, then refused to give me an estimate on the water heater without coming out again and giving me an estimate on my furnace.
Be very careful dealing with this company.

Noticed my ceiling was become discolored and wet, also had some green spots suspicous for mold. I suspected a leak from my upstairs bathroom.

I contacted magic plumbing to send a technician to locate and fix the leak.

Spoke to Carl who was very friendly and responive, he even accommodated my schedule by sending someone during the hours that were ideal to my schedule.

Joey arrived and immediately got to work. He quickly diagnosed the issue in less than 15 minutes. He was able to fix the leak which was related to my upstairs bathroom in less than 20 minutes. Joey was polite, honest, efficient, and helpful. He could have upcharged me for another reason but he was honest and did the right thing.

Ill reach out to magic plumbing again for future plumbing needs.

Highly recommend for quick, 7-day/week plumbing needs! We called Saturday morning about a clogged sink and they had resolved the problem by the same afternoon. Miguel was very professional, helpful and trustworthy. He worked quickly to unclog the drain and he explained everything he did afterward. Very good COVID precautions as well.

I had a good experience with Magic Plumbing at my Cow Hollow building in SF today. I needed help with a leaking water heater (on a Sunday)! I called Magic around noon and secured a technician visit between 3-5pm. Fortunately they arrived around 1:00 and did a full water heater replacement. Dino was the tech and he was friendly, calm and efficient. Call Magic Plumbing. They helped me in a pinch.

I have used Magic Plumbing for many years. Their work from small things like leaky faucets to major jobs such as a complete sewer lateral replacement has always been excellent.

My first experience was terrible. I was scheduled for 3-5 PM time. I received an email confirmation.
I waited from 2PM to 7:50 PM (and several telephone calls to the company central) to find that my telephone number was not written down correctly.
The technician tried to contact me after 7PM. I wonder: how?
I was told, after my last call at 7:50 PM, that the number was wrong and he rescheduled for tomorrow. I asked: rescheduled with whom?
Tomorrow I am not available. I will wait for Monday.
I am sure, the experience would not be satisfactory.
