The service was fantastic! I contacted them late in the afternoon and they came the next morning. The gentlemen were respectful and so helpful. Our water heater went out Chris explained how the repair may or may not work. I opted for a new water heater due to age of the current one. It was neatly placed and secured. The price was fair for replacing the water heater, adding copper piping and securing for earthquakes. I highly recommend them!

Magic Plumbing provided prompt, quality service within a matter of a few hours from the time I called to schedule a visit this morning! Our very old disposal was leaking, so Adam provided 2 quotes, one to replace the p-trap and a second to also replace the disposal. We opted for the latter and Adam completed the job within the hour. We will call them again next time we have any plumbing needs in our house.

We hired Magic Plumbing to clean our our HVAC vents. They charged us $1,787., which we paid when they finished. Later that day we went upstairs and discovered they they had left a piece of blue plastic covering a vent near the top of a very tall wall. The next day I called the company and asked them to send someone to remove the plastic so we could use our air conditioning. I was transferred around to 4-5 people all of whom said they could not send anyone out anytime soon. I spoke to one employee who was very rude and obnoxious. I spent 45 minutes trying to get them to send someone, pointing out it would take them 5 minutes to remove the plastic. I repeatedly asked to speak to a manager and was told he was not available and was not given a time or day when he would call. Only when I said I was going to leave a BBB review. was I called back by a manager, who was able to send someone over that day. I will never hire this company again. Once they had our money the office staff wouldn't give us the time of day to fix a problem that their worker caused. We didn't have a problem with the worker--everyone makes mistakes. It is their office peoples' response that was awful to deal with.

Our 2nd time relying on Magic Plumbing in the last 5 years - Big thank you to Khaled Alkenni at Magic Plumbing, for replacing our leaking iron drain pipe in the basement today. Khaled was very efficient, courteous, and informative about solutions. Aside from fixing a leaking iron pipe, he also cleaned out a clogged section of pvc pipe down the line, and braced the pipe assembly securely in the basement ceiling. Highly recommended.

Plumbing is a relationship. This is a good relationship. I called them in July when the dishwasher line was off and they cleared it up quickly. My garbage disposal went out over the holiday. Got Alberto up here tonight and he fixed it by resetting the breaker and didn't charge me. That's amazing service and I will never call another plumber in San Francisco again.

Jeff came out on short notice since he was in the area. Our PGE technician did not know how our old gravity furnace works so he told us to have someone qualified to take a look. Jeff helped us and provided an estimate for a replacement heater as well. Pablo helped set up the appointment.

Hard to explain what a great job the whole team did helping out our household in a pinch!! Fastest response ever, helping limit our leak and water lose as well as damage to the house! Extremely efficient management and operating procedures ...got in , got out, problem fixed and at a fantastic price !!! We had a gas leak in our property (rental units) and PG&E turned off gas. I called them and they said they would be there the next day (this was late at night) before 12:00 pm. At 2 pm I called as asked where they were the guy said we can't come until tomorrow (over 24 hours). He proceeded to give me crap about how busy they were and that no one promised they would come. I disagreed and said forget it. I called another company that was there in 1 hour and found the issue. As soon as I hung up a guy from this place called me back to say that he had overheard the conversation and began to try and ""make it ok"" in other works MANSPLAN to me WTF I will NEVER use them they are unprofessional and rude!!!! Also THIS WAS A GAS LEAK and they should have RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY!!!!
