I called for service on Monday, and got appointment that afternoon! Two very nice, clean-cut young men came to my house and answered all my stupid questions. They were great Even gave me an immediate quote on replacing my water heater. If I ever need a plumber or electrician again, I know I'll be calling them!

After contacting plumbers, painters, drywall installers, and electrical/heating companies for bids to make a Tuff Shed an office....Magic issued the best overall performance in every step of the way from bid to completion of the job. Magic wired my 10X20 Tuff Shed with a second level. Magic also assisted when my HVAC system was down. The staff has a great attitude and willing to help with any question I had with a quick response time. I used Magic to install a new sewer line over 100 ft.. When I called to schedule the staff was very friendly and scheduled me very quickly. They called for reminders and updates so we knew when to be home and we didn't have sit around waiting and wondering. Skyi was friendly, professional and quick! Did an amazing job, didn't leave a mess behind and was a very nice guy. Would highly recommend using Magic and we will definitely use them again in the future!! Great job guys

I was looking for a good company around twin falls to install a generator. I came across Jacob at magic valley electric who was on point. I had Tom and Tory come out and boy they had a big job to do but worked together and had good quality in their work. Tom and Tory I wish you well. Jake I must say you got two good employees here. I also had a split-ac and heater put into my garden room and Luis and John were on top of it I had the quote accepted they were out the same day and started working very efficient and worked very hard.From here on I will go with magic valley electric no questions asked.

He was thorough, clear, concise and accurate. Bids are reasonable and fair. No charge for the service call/appointment which is amazing. I called two other electricians to come give me a quote they never showed up so I called Magic Valley the lady I talked to was so nice and we made appointment she all so said there is a $70 show up Fee I didn't like that to much so when they showed up I was impressed that there was two of them not just one . I showed them what I needed done two minutes after I got a quote. I wasn't to happy about the price but I needed it done. Alex and Zack where very professional and courteous very polite and cleaned up after their self did a great Job the two of them . I got a courtesy call the next day on how everything went I said it was good . I would use them again !!
