I'm in town visiting family and there had been a leak in the ceiling for the longest time. Decided to search for a plumber and came across Magic Drain. Michael was quick to respond to my inquiry and visited the house to check out the problem. He was very knowledgeable and explained where the leak was coming from. He answered any questions I had and came back the following day after discussing with my family. He was quick and efficient, very respectful of the property, as well. Pricing is very reasonable too!

Side note.. I found out he had previously done work at my family home because he was familiar with the downstairs bathroom. He had helped with a clog and I wouldn't have thought there was any issue to begin with because he did such a good job!

I had a few different issues going on and needed a plumber fast. My toilet was leaking pretty bad, and the pipe connecting my outdoor hose burst! A friend recommended Mike at Magic Drain. Not only did he provide me with fast and friendly service, he went above and beyond. While he was here, he answered a few random questions I had about my kitchen sink drain and changed the pipe on my bathroom sink (my old contractor installed the wrong pipe). If I have any plumbing issues in the future, I now have a trustworthy plumber I can count on.

Mike was phenomenal. I had a leak in my basement pipes that had grown worse over time, and Mike asked me to text him a few pictures of the problem. He came out the same day to assess what was necessary and told me he would contact me the next day once he had the supplies to fix it (it was later in the day when he came out for the assessment).

Overall, he was prompt, communicative, and very accommodating with time. Additionally, his thought towards the project and attention to detail were heavily appreciated. And most importantly of all, his pricing was incredibly fair for his time.

From this point on, Mike has definitely made a repeat customer out of me for the future.
